Everything was great!! Truly the location was excellent with a great view of Christmas market, river, snow covered mountains and still quiet inside. A great room was very stylish, comfortable bed, comfortable robes. Great amenities…each night in the underground heated pool, sauna and they have other spa like amenities all included in your stay. Breakfast was yummy and included. Loved this hotel!

Fabulous hotel with a very friendly and wonderful staff. The suite was exceptional as was breakfast every morning and dinner in the restaurant! The host Andrea was so helpful with recommendations and help to the area. We were pleasantly surprised to be given a transportation-card to public transport in Innsbruck, why we commuted by train from the hotel to the center - so easy as well as a perfect opportunity to enjoy the scenery as well! 1. I ordered a bouquet of roses for my girlfriend as the surprise for Valentine’s Day before we arrived the house and the host Helmut helped me to setup the flowers in a vase nicely presented!
2. The living room is very large for two people! There are enough spaces even we opened both our 29-inch suitcases on the floor.
