The grounds are beautiful, very well looked after, lovely flowers. Beautiful vegetable garden. The swimming pool was great - good size, cleaned every day, pleasant water, the family used it every day. Five-star facilities with a six-star service. Mr Kargin and his staff were so friendly, kind and responsive. We much appreciated this. We would love to come back one day!

Exceptional property, highly recommended. The house has an excellent location - it is facing West, it's on the side of a hill next to Bodrum, so you have a marvelous view of the bay and you get to see amazing sunsets. Everything was super clean, the rooms and the many bathrooms are of top notch quality. The air conditioning functioned very well. The swimming pool was beautiful, larger than expected, and very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Our host was very friendly, punctual, proactive and helpful, had a lot of excellent suggestions for activities in the area, and went out of the way to help. As others have noted, you can definitely walk to the beach/restaurant area, in about 10 minutes. Downhill it's very easy, of course, but you'll get a workout on the way back, the hill is a bit steep. It's much easier with a car or taxi. I loved the experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
