The units are equipped with heating facilities. The apartment was big and comfortable, with two rooms and lots of closet space. Great bathroom and shower. The neighbourhood was a bit isolated from touristic spots, but that was a good thing - very calm, quiet, with local restaurants and authentic Tokyo life (or so it appeared to us). Very close to the metro station (2 min walk), so it was fairly easy to get around. Absolutely recommend.
