The apartment is immaculate, fully loaded to include coffee pads, tea, Fossier biscuits from Reims & a welcome bottle of Champagne in the fridge. The beds are beyond comfortable! Free street parking. Easy to find apartment, door code & key lock box for check in. One flight of stairs to apartment. A large closet with cleaning supplies & ironing board with iron. A kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stovetop & all kitchenware to cook! An easy 10 minute walk to the city's center. A bakery, Huon Benoitis nearby. Quiet neighborhood and very friendly locals! At arrival, I rang the intercom and could access the property easily. Keys were in the apartment. The building was very safe during our stay; stairs were fine and location of the building extraordinary. The apartment is spacious, internet connection was very good. There is a TV with several channels, netflix, prime and other apps. Heating and hot water were good, in particular in those cold and rainy days we spent in Reims. Parking was located in a private parking two blocks from the apartment; pretty safe. Sam always was available via booking or whatsapp to answer questions and his help was valuable.
