My mom and I stayed in one of the non-private villas and we had such a lovely time there. It was such amazing big suite with an amazing bathroom. It is close to so many things and the location provides free transportation in the Sanur area, even though a lot can be walked as well, it was very convenient. We were welcomed by such attentive staff and the complementary afternoon tea was so nice. It felt like a little paradise and totally wished we could have stayed longer.

We booked collection from the airport, our flight was delayed 2 hrs and I was worried they would have left but no, they were there to meet us, very kind and friendly. Even though we arrived 2am they took the time to receive us with a lovely cold drink and showed us all the facilities. I was very impressed by their kindness and friendliness. The resort itself is immaculate, with beautifully maintained grounds and stunning attention to detail that reflects the essence of Balinese charm. The food is absolutely delicious, showcasing fresh, flavorful ingredients that are very tasty and made all a delightful experience. If you value personalised service and an intimate atmosphere over the scale of a large resort, Klumpu Bali is the perfect choice. It’s a tranquil and beautiful haven where you can unwind in style and comfort. Overall, this is a five-star experience in every way. Villa Seriska Dua was absolutely amazing! We were there with a group of friends, most of us with small children. The villas organised all cots/babyseats/highchairs etc as well as a pool fence so we didn't need to worry about organising this ourselves, amazing. The Villa - WOW, it is just as nice as the photos! The rooms were a great size (the master was huge!) The outdoor bathrooms are stunning! They make its feel like a tropical oasis. The staff - They honestly blew us away, right from out airpirt transfer. Putra who looks after the villas was at the airpirt to meet us, and stayed in contact throughout the trio for anything we needed. The ladies that took care of us at the villa were amazing, they were constantly cleaning and took care of everything, any time you wanted something they were there! They did it all without being intrusive. They were also amazing with the kids. Everyone that worked at the villas was really friendly. The food - Breakfast each morning was amazing, and pretty impressive out of a small kitchen considering the veriaty of food on offer, we didn't have a single bad meal. We also had dinner cooked twice, again amazing! Great chef! The villa is located on a side street off one of the main streets of Sanure on the quieter southern end, for us this was the perfect location, it was an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and an easy 10 minute walk to lots or restaurants/bars in town. The circle K was only a 5 minute walk away as well. Such a great stay, we are already talking about when we cab do it again, and will definitely book at Villa Seriska Dua.
