Location was ideal to explore Somerset & Wiltshire. Bristol, Bath & beautiful Wells all in easy reach. Even Longleat was only 40 mins away! The Studio was well equipped for my 9 night stay, it was clean, warm, bed was comfortable & even the windy staircase was easier to negotiate than I had originally thought it would be. Downstairs was a beautiful, large open plan kitchen & lounge space, with a comfortable sofa & a larger than expected freely TV. WI Fi was great. Bedroom has sloping ceiling, but as you are only lying down to sleep it did not pose a problem. Plenty of storage downstairs for clothes with a wardrobe & a chest of drawers provided & a large built in cupboard where you can store your suitcases out of the way for the duration of your stay. All usual amenities in the kitchen, plus tea, coffee & sugar to get you started! Shower in the bathroom was lovely! Plenty of hot water & pressure was great! Heating made it very cosy & the Christmas tree was a bonus! You even have your own parking spot!
I asked for a lamp for extra lighting to do a puzzle & one was immediately provided. Paul came out to greet me on arrival & settle me in. I have no hesitation in recommending The Studio & will certainly be staying again next year for my annual visit to Longleat rather than the place I previously stayed in for the last 2 years.

As soon as we walked in, I was so impressed with how clean it was, it even smelled really clean, although we were only there one night, there was milk plus a nice bottle of wine in the fridge from the owner, we would recommend this property and would definitely come back.

The property was very accommodating to dogs which is a must for us as we always travel with them, there’s a big field on site where they could run but there is also a little walled off garden. We only needed somewhere to stay for the night as we were visiting Cheddar Gorge the next morning but ended up wishing we’d booked for longer. Would 100% return
