Access is via a PIN and collecting a key at the door. We did not actually meet any personnel and it is self-catering in terms of any snacks or breakfast. The room was pleasant, and clean; there is a shared kitchen (shared I think with just one other room on the same floor) and a shared bathroom and a separate rather small toilet.
