Itsukushimahigashimonzen Kikugawa ligger i Miyajima, under 2,3 km fra Tsutsumigaura Strand og 500 m fra Five Storey Pagoda. Der tilbydes værelser med aircondition og eget badeværelse. We had a very nice stay at the guesthouse. The owners are really nice people and the room was great for a one night stay. Everything was clean and there were lots of amenities. The location is close to the pier and the convenient store.

Oyado Tsukiusagi ligger under 10 minutters gang fra Itsukushima-helligdommen og tilbyder værelser i japansk stil samt gratis WiFi. The hotel was just minutes from the port. The host was extremely helpful. Good coffee and tea available and a small area with homemade craft items for sale. The room was spacious including a balcony-like alcove looking toward the sea. The name - moon rabbit - was very fitting.

Itsumoya ligger kun 10 minutters gang fra den ikoniske Itsukushima-helligdom på øen Miyajima. Det er et historisk 2-etagers byhus i japansk stil, der kan lejes som en hel. I highly recommend this accommodation. It's absolutely stunning, our only regret was not staying longer than a night, you really want a minimum of 2 to make the most of it. We will definitely be coming back one day 😊

Located right in front of Miyajima Aquarium and a 5-minute walk from Itsukushima Shrine's exit, Mizuhasou offers accommodations in a modern yet traditional décor. Beautiful building in a nice quiet part of the area. Really enjoyed a soak in the private baths after a lot of walking! Staff were so welcoming and lovely too. We had the dinner and breakfast which were exceptional for the price. Will recommend to others to stay here for sure!

Jukeiso features Japanese-style rooms overlooking the majestic entrance gate (Torii) of Itsukushima-jinja Shrine, only a 5-minute walk from the Unesco World Heritage Site itself. Everything was simply excellent and absolutely perfect. We felt luxuriously pampered in this beautiful ryokan. Its position is great, just minutes from the Itsukushima shrine and the great torii. It is perched on a hill, so rooms have the most perfect view on the torii and the sea. However, this is not an issue with luggage as there is an on-call free shuttle service from/to the port, that even picks you up on arrival, or delivers your luggage when leaving. Kaiseki dinner and japanese-style breakfast were highlights of our stay and absolutely fairly priced considering the half-board rate of the room. We also enjoyed the private onsen for a thirty minute slot that we could choose at check-in. Our room was very spacious - we guessed it could host 3 more people, with beautiful tatami and complete with yukatas to wear and a nice welcome tea served to us upon arrival. Amazing and unforgettable stay!

Located in the World Heritage Miyajima Island, Iwaso features Japanese-style accommodations with beautiful surrounding views. Amazing experience in a very nice Ryokan! The building itself is amazing, very close the the main interest points. All the staff is simply wonderful, they will do their best to make you feel at home. Last but not least, the food: I highly recommend to eat both dinner and breakfast at the ryokan: one of the best foods tried in Japan!

Yamaichi Bekkan ligger kun 1 minuts gang fra Miyajima Færgeterminal og tilbyder indkvartering med gratis trådløs internetadgang og fladskærms-tv. Samtlige gæster tilbydes Yukata-morgenkåbe. The owner and all the staffs are really kind and friendly! We also enjoyed a lot the meal. The room was larger than we thought and it was cozy to stay in. We are to have stayed there and would choose again if we revisit miyajima.
