Room is good, huge and clean. dinner is fabulous special for the small hot pot soup and sukayaki breakfast is standard buffet nothing special. remember go to level 8, a very nice view for mount fuji.

The most wonderful stay we have had in a hotel anywhere in the world. The staff in particular were amazing, so genuinely lovely, welcoming, efficient and helpful. We also enjoyed the beautifully prepared and delicious meals. The room itself was more like a suite, so roomy, comfortable and pretty. Then there was the cute bathroom overlooking the lake and Mt Fuji. We felt sad to leave and hope to come back one day soon. Many thanks for everything and also for the little gifts.

Just 250 metres from Zenko-ji Temple, Matsuya Ryokan offers simple Japanese rooms with tatami-mat floors, a green-tea maker and an attached Western bathroom. The hotel features public baths. The location is perfect. The size of our room. Breakfast is a true Japanese experience!

Fuji Onsenji Yumedono เป็นเรียวกังอันหรูหรา ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ห่างจาก Lake Kawaguchiko เพียง 500 ม. Staff, location and vibe were amazing. Highly recommend. A really layed back set up, but with all the comforts you need. Suggest stopping to get a fresh lobster and request the BBQ from the staff, was so good.

This is a beautiful and tranquil ryokan that has a calming atmosphere. It backs to the river and our room overlooked it. There is also shared eating spaces adjacent to the river. It is extremely clean, has a shared cooking area with mostly everything you need to make your own meals. The onsen was incredibly relaxing and spa-like. There are also laundry facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is just a short 8 minute walk from the train/bus station. Our family of 5 (kids ages 7-13) absolutely loved it and would definitely return to stay here!! And the price for a ryokan/onsen is unbeatable. Plus, with the Jogasaki coast, Mt Omuro, Zoo and waterfalls, there is plenty to do on the peninsula and it’s easy to get around.

Everything! The staff were so polite and welcoming. The welcome seating and drink while staff helped us check in was so pleasant, our own personal staff to show us to our room, the beautiful room with all the little details or amenities, our own traditional Yakuta to wear to meals, the private onsen and peaceful nature of the ocean view. Everything was amazing!!
