6階で眺めがよく良かったです。 夕飯も美味しくて良かった。朝食のバイキングも良かったですが、もう少し果物がほしかったです。

Staffs are very very helpful and friendly. My friend left her scarf at an Onsen Ryokan in Tamatsukuri Onsen and a staff called them for us to check if they found a scarf. When we asked a nice cafe near the hotel, she copied a map and circled the cafe on the map and gave the map to me. The staffs went the extra miles to help us. The rooms are small but functional and the onsen is great. It's a short walk to the Castle which is a must see in Matsue. The breakfast was a highlight. Moder building with a classic Japanese style, everything is Tatami mats from the entrance to your room. Multiple elevators for quick access to any floor. Free amenities (toothbrush etc.), free snacks and manga to read in the hot springs. Large, multiple spring baths with different temperature. Large lounge on the first floor. Rooms are large and well furnished with a table, and a coffee table with a small sofa.
