This was a wonderful ryokan experience. Our room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the inner garden. The dinner and breakfast were incredibly delicious. The staff were kind, attentive, and helpful. They went out of their way to communicate with us in English to provide a good experience. The spa facilities were clean and relaxing. They even provided some treats and amenities that made it feel like a luxury experience. We would love to stay here again!

Omg, it was so beautiful! I asked if it was okay to roam the garden, and that place is massive! It's so wild how beautiful it is! I arranged for their free shuttle bus to pick me up at the station, but I wish I would've known that the bus stop was an option, so I would have had them pick me up there instead. They greeted me politey when I arrived, and they had English front desk attendants to help me out. There was virtually no one in the halls or the onsen. My room had free busicuits and tea, and a free water bottle. They also have room service and drinks in the mini fridge for a price. My room was on the bottom level, and when I opened the screen doors, all the koi fish came. There's food 2 min across the street if you didn't add the dinner option. The breakfast was amazing. I chose breakfast to be served at 7am. They had soft boiled eggs and natto in the fridge for you to grab. The ladies serving my breakfast tried their best to explain with my Google Translate. I recommend giving this place a chance.

Nice hotel with a nice onsen, breakfast buffet and a bunch of interesting amenities (karaoke room, game center, kids playroom, store). Came straight down from Fuji-San (around 2 hours from the 5th station) so it was a really good and relaxing experience.
Experience culture authentically with a stay at these traditional Japanese-style accommodations. Sleep on the floor (on a futon roll) in a room furnished with tatami flooring and sliding doors. Guests can often expect access to a communal bath, plus a complimentary Japanese garment called a yukata.
Wonderful, fresh breakfast; generous spread, as was the complementary ramen in the evening, Very well organized and plesant onsen experience for the guests as well. Location convenient to everything (bus and train station, main sights). Big rooms, nice views, great cleaning service.
There's onsen in this hotel and they provide free ramen for supper. Room is small. There is a shopping street next to the hotel but we arrived on a Sunday evening and most of the shops and eateries were closed, leaving us with limited choice for dinner. The nearer location with eateries are about 1km away and we did not want to walk that far out so just settled with what we could find.
Like the onsen and the free soba for supper at the restaurant. The hotel also provides free Yakult and ice cream throughout the night. It is nice having some snacks after onsen. There is a shopping street next to the hotel. There are many eateries there but we reached the hotel on a Sunday night and most of the eateries and shops were closed.
Great location, clean and comfortable, great amenities, hotel onsen was terrific, one of the best we had experienced. There was even a view of Fuji from the outside onsen
