Just steps away from the famed shopping, dining and entertainment on the Magnificent Mile, this historic hotel is located in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood and features a rooftop bar and lounge... The service and the people were absolutely amazing , I can say say without a doubt that was the best customer service we have ever received !!!!!!! But I would like to point out 3 people that just blew my mind and they went above and beyond unfortunate I don’t remember their names . I was a beautiful african American lady at the service desk and two Hispanic gentlemen , one that helped us with the suitcases and the other with our vehicle . I am German and American service has always been a bit superficial to me but these three people were so sincere in their service and friendliness it was just absolutely amazing . Please extend my deepest gratitude and thank u for being a part in our vacation .

Loved the serenity of the lobby, seating area by the fireplaces, spaciousness of the breakfast room, the accommodations, the pool and hot tub area - all to perfection including the personalized note from your staff. Made us feel oh so welcome. You were most accommodating and feel blessed to have stayed in your establishment. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and variety of the menu. A rooftop lounge with views of the city skyline, on-site modern restaurant and a large indoor lap pool highlight the Loews Chicago Hotel. This is a wonderful hotel! The room and the entire property are spotlessly clean, well designed and the lobby was so welcoming. In fact, it was the first hotel that made me want to spend time just sitting by the fireplace. We had the opportunity to eat at ETA (the hotel restaurant) for dinner and breakfast a few times and the food was excellent. Finally, the staff, with the exception of one team member was very kind, helpful and friendly.

Featuring an indoor pool with outdoor access and a hot tub, this Mount Vernon, Illinois hotel is located off Interstate 57, just 14 minutes’ drive from Green Hills Golf Club. The welcome at the front desk had enthusiasm and energy with sincere message thank you for coming. The gift bag was a very nice touch. We had an added bonus of tacos for dinner as well as the breakfast.

Located 10 minutes’ walk from the Bavarian Belle Riverboat, this Frankenmuth hotel features a 37-inch flat-screen cable TV in every room. A daily hot breakfast is served to all guests. This was my first time staying at a Drury Inn and I was very impressed. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and explained the check out, breakfast, and kick-back times, which a lot of staff at other hotels just assume people know nowadays because of online bookings. It felt very welcoming to have those common things explained. The food was great and the location was excellent and quiet. This is officially my favorite hotel chain in the US.
