Check in was so easy, as a single mother traveling with an 8 year old, a 6 year old and a 5 month year old, I appreciated that the staff immediately came to my aid to transport my luggage to my room for me and offered to help with my kids as I settled in. Room was beautiful and clean and we will be staying again in the future.

Spacious comfortable rooms. We had plenty of space to open two big suitcases and there was also a small kitchen annexe with microwave, fridge, minibar, and the table with two chairs. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars around even though it's not the city centre strictly speaking. The rooms are super clean, modern, comfortable, so is the bathroom. The room was warm and there was enough space to park a car outside off the street - this was great compared to any hotels and lodges closer to the city centre which have limited parking. The walk to the centre takes approximately 30 mins, there are also buses outside. The proximity of the park is also a plus - you can have a nice walk along the river to the Botanic Gardens and the city centre.
