You dont have to worry about everything, they already prepared for the stuffs that you need for your stay, the receptionist is very accommodating and helpful. Everything is accessible, thats why we dont care if we spend money for the rent, as long as we are comfortable and safe. Everything is perfect, im always choosing this apartment every time im in Auckland, i will surely recommend this to my friends

We had been informed prior that out special rare couldnt include breakfast (restaurant closed) but they gave us a discount on our room rate. Communication was really good with the staff prior to our arrival due to some refugees being housed there, which didn't affect us at all.
