Let's start with the fact that the room service is the worst thing in this hotel. Long waiting times. The call is transferred from room service to guest service. They say they came back and never come back and finally the dish arrives cold and at a very low level with a staff member who is angry that he is only one person. Although the room is big and beautiful, the expectation from a hotel of such a high level is that all the surrounding accessories will be accordingly. The level of towels, sheets, pillows and blankets are not pampering. The accessories in the bathroom are very old and at a very low level, certainly not for a hotel like this. The hair dryer is very old and barely works.

Everything. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The breakfast is amazing. With so much to choose from. Beds are super comfortable. The deck looking to the sea is great.
