What an adorable place! I believe the owners do/did a wonderful job of paying homage to the whole Route 66 aesthetic. The owners were very gracious, taking the time to show us around and explain a few things about the area. I highly recommend this place!!!

The room was excellent and very clean and serviceable. Although not a "big box" hotel it was comfortable and very charming! It's definitely a 1920's style of motel so things are smaller and there are less outlets, etc. The owners have done a great job with theming and decorating. It felt like homelike rather than mass-produced cookie cutter hotel rooms. Will say here again!

This motel is more like little cottages so you inly share a wall with at most one other guest which made it really quiet. The owners are lovely people who are passionate about celebrating the history of the property which is beautiful.

We had a lovely stay. Phyllis and her husband are such nice and sweet people. The house is carefully decorated, fully equipped, everything is clean and cute. And the location is wonderful, it’s close to the restaurants, the cavern and downtown, but quiet enough for a good night sleep. We highly recommend it !

Adorably decorated as it might have been in the 40s and 50s, but the plumbing etc. has been updated. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean.

Considering it was a restored early 20th century motel, everything was as expected. No accessible features in the bathroom (although there may be some in other rooms), very limited tv and a loud ac unit. Again, as we expected!!

This was a great, authentic motorcourt experience and the owner, Phyllis, was extremely helpful and kind. It’s obvious that they spent a lot of time restoring the property. If you want to have a bonafide Route 66 experience, this is a great place to have it. If you’re expecting high end amenities, super comfie bed and bedding, it’s not! Also, the neighborhood is a bit run down and may be off putting for some. We weren’t sure as we pulled up, but after meeting Phyllis, decided to stay. She and her husband live on property and the rooms are secure. We felt very safe.

Bed too close to the window wall, making it difficult to get into. WiFi very patchy.

One of the original Motor Courts on Route 66, renovated to a good standard. Owners introduced themselves on our arrival and provided extra tea bags for us Brits! Close to College Street Cafe - a great breakfast venue.
