I can't think of anything; the stay was excellent.

Absolutely great hotel; the staff were all super efficient and friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. We spent most of our time in South Loop on this trip and the location of the hotel was perfect for that - just a short walk up the street to the train line and we could go anywhere we wanted in the city.

The room was super expensive (£300/night for 1 person) and seemed to be dynamic pricing just because of the marathon but I had little choice as there wasn't much else available. The room was nice and big but that's about it, no breakfast included and no extras. The hotel is a little out of the way, though it is close to Chinatown and the nearest L line is about 10-15 mins walk and from there you can get to the main sights and restaurants.

I stayed here for the Chicago Marathon and its right by the EXPO so perfect for picking up your bib and its not far from the start/finish line. They arranged a shuttle for runners to/from the hotel to a spot nearer the park, I opted for the green line to the start and got the shuttle back. I think the green line was by far the better option, it took me so much longer to get back as it was quite hard to get to the shuttle afterwards due to the road closures and trying to navigate a way to the pick up point. Probably better option for supporters rather than runners. The room and bathroom were really nice. The bed was massive and comfortable, though i found the pillows a bit too plump for me. Its pretty quiet in my experience and got a good night's sleep generally.

A bit long distance to the metro and quite a long distance to downtown for walking, so if your purpose is not related to the Expo, then better to choose something else 3km up north

It’s an excellent hotel! Very comfortable, clean, spacious. Features a nice gym swimming pool The views to the city were amazing! (South tower, north side view, 29th floor for me made it) I didn’t try the breakfast, so no comments there. The restaurants just in the ground floor were very good and good prices. The mini market offers a good variety of things. Connected to the expo from the inside. I went for the marathon and the hotel organized a free shuttle bus to the start line (or close to, in fact) as the hotel is around 2,5km away from it.

The location of the hotel was amazing, the staff were friendly and it was very clean and comfortable. For the marathon, they had a shuttle service to and from the race and that removed a lot of the stress of having to figure out your way in the city.

Main bathroom close to lobby was out of service when we stayed and we had to walk up to the socialism conference they were having and use the non gender designated bathrooms with my kids if 6 and 9 years old.

I had an unpleasant experience with their parking service and staff. I booked parking for only one night and returned the car the next day. I later found out that the hotel had deducted additional charges for the parking, assuming I kept the car there longer. This was particularly frustrating since I had explicitly booked the parking for just one night. When I approached the front desk to clarify the situation, the staff member at reception was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concern calmly, he started yelling at me, as if I didn’t understand English. To make matters worse, he went so far as to use Google Translate to write sentences in Arabic, implying that the mistake was my fault because I hadn’t informed them that I returned the car. This is baffling because the hotel’s car park has a ticket system and security personnel who should have been aware of my car’s return.finally the matter addressed and they refund me.

Room was clean and the view was amazing especially during sunset. Breakfast was good. The room service was also perfect.
