Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room needed more of a deep cleaning. Sofa smelt like piss. Stains all over sofa, curtains, floor, bed was clean but not comfortable at all could barely sleep. Towels had stains, curtains had BOOGERS on them. Gross. Tubs looked questionable but not too bad.
Staff was very friendly, hotel was quiet, bar was nice, view from 9th floor was nice especially during sunset. Bed was clean.

I booked the room because it offered a fireplace and Jacuzzi tub. The tub worked but the fireplace did not. Should have been informed the fireplace was not working

Overhead lights didn't work. The shower drain was very slow. No mini fridge.
Because of the price I had low expectations, and I wasn't disappointed. Breakfast was good. Room was ok and clean enough.

Communication in the restaurant. Fire alarm went off. No staff let us know when to go back in. Everyone just did whatever not good communication.

Our TV did not work. Was told someone would come check. Called back to front desk an hour later and got keys for another room. That room did not have a fridge which we needed.

the facility was painting my floor during my stay. it was quite loud at odd hours with music blaring. the wifi also did not work most of my stay.

Still waiting for my one hundred dollar deposit to be credited back... None of the doors in the double room lined up so you could not open and shut doors late at night without waking up children, lights didn't all work, hot tub safety switch had to be held to fill the tub, elevators kinda sketchy n dirty but staff was very polite and breakfast was good

The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. And we found a bed bug on the bed when we were leaving.

The outside looks great but the inside is in a state of mild disrepair. Heavy smell of mold/mildew in our hallway, bathroom had no proper venting source for showers and ceiling tiles are not designed to handle water. One elevator was down the whole trip and the two in working order one seemed unserviced for years. Would have loved some water throughout the trip but only lemon water was offered during breakfast, water was out in the vending machines and no water fountains were on site. Had to walk to the gas station to buy a case. Very loud guests in many rooms after 10pm made it difficult for my husband to sleep.
The bed was comfortable and linens were clean/fluffed, very affordable stay. Staff was super friendly and prompt to have breakfast ready and refilled as needed. Had a concern about the wellbeing of a hotel guest down the hall from us and staff was prompt to check in on them for us.

Our room smelled! Also under the A/C units it was really dusty and not clean! One of our bathrooms in the suite had a hole in the all! The carpet had stains in them that I don’t think comes out. I think the carpet needs to be changed in that room. Also wish the heat was on in the pool area or at least that the water was warm

The lack of speaking understandable English
Have stayed here for years! Always a good experience. However this time it was VERY VERY hard to understand the people working the desk! Also when my husband called to pay for the rooms he was placed on hold and no one ever picked back up! Also VERY hard to understand that person on the phone!

Not that I did not like it, I was surprised of the age of the facilities but it looks like they are in process of upgrading areas.
Breakfast was typical for traveling and staff was very pleasant and helpful.
