We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hot water in the bathroom sink was not working in the shower it took a long time to get warm not even hot.
The hotel was very nice and clean. The size of the room was great.

The coffee machine was broken during the free breakfast. The one thing that is most needed first thing in the morning! Maybe have a backup?
Nice accessible property for a stop on a road trip. Had a king room with a kitchenette, living area is not separate but room is spacious. Decent free breakfast. Overall a cut above this level hotel and a good value!

Breakfast for us wasn’t an option, not a great selection and tacos are not really our thing for a breakfast option. The evening reception on a Wednesday is a very nice touch offering a selection of nibbles and drinks. Both staff and facilities were great . We had an issue with a leak in the bathroom but this was solved immediately. Beds are very comfortable with lovely pillows.

The elevator on our floor malfunctioned the last day we were there and made it difficult to get our belongings in order to check out.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. All staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and offered a variety of items to accommodate my picky eaters.

Location was perfect. Close to shopping centers and a gas station in walking distance, I mean right next door. Peaceful and very comfortable. Loved the home feel with kitchen and living room setup.

The common areas like hallways and elevator were very hot.

I would recommend that the selection of fruits for breakfast be better controlled as the apples weren't of the best quality. In fact, that was the only thing I can point out as an area for improvement.
I just had a delicious breakfast at this lovely place and I'm delighted with the variety and quality of the food offered. The highlight was definitely the selection of fresh breads and delicious cupcakes that were simply divine. The soft texture and rich flavor of the breads left me completely satisfied, while the cupcakes were a true explosion of sweetness that left me with a smile on my face. Additionally, the natural juices were amazing, fresh, and refreshing, perfectly complementing the meal. However, I would suggest an improvement in the variety of fruits available. Although they were fresh and tasty, I believe that including a wider range of options could further enrich the experience. As for the location, it's simply charming. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for enjoying a relaxing meal. The service was also impeccable, with a attentive and helpful staff that contributed to making my experience even more enjoyable. Overall, my breakfast here was a true gastronomic experience that I will definitely repeat. I highly recommend this place to all lovers of good food and a pleasant environment.

Toilet backed up in #109, but your staff responded quickly with plunger and additional snake! My husband got bitten by spiders all night! Big bumps on his legs!
Our stay was very comfortable, clean and a wonderful, helpful staff. We enjoyed the breakfasts, too. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you for everything!
