Only a couple of niggles really. The lights by the bed were so dim as to be completely pointless. The room felt a bit dark, but I think that's pretty standard with motels like this where you're on the bottom floor and want to keep the curtains shut!

Nicely renovated rooms, clean and comfy bed, good shower. Staff were very friendly at check in. Walkable from the hotel to the downtown areas.

The floors are very cold, even in summer. It's hard to tell when the shower's water is at the right temperature. You have to lean into it, getting wet. Opening needs to be near the shower head.

Sara at the front desk helped me with a problematic room reservation through Booking.com. She was very kind and knew just what to do. It took almost half an hour to get the problem resolved. I'm grateful!! Beds are great. Everything is very clean. Heater works well. Quality is consistent over my 5 stays.

The "standard room" is not an adequate lodging if you have suitcases and clothes! There isn't a closet, an adequate table or chair. Also I asked reception to turn down the music. It was too loud to have on all day long (10 am to 10 pm?)

I was given a "standard room" that did not have a closet, an adequate table or chair. There was no room to put the suitcase or clothes and items from the suitcase. The "standard room" is not an adequate lodging if you have suitcases and clothes! I spoke to the receptionist and she immediately changed the room and gave me a room with better accommodations. Parking outside the room was easy for unloading/loading the car. There were plenty of eateries in the area. All the staff were friendly.

The parking is questionable. The sites are very small for a pickup and there are not enough parking spaces for the amount of tenants. Each day we had to ask for more towels.

Check-in was a massive pain, with several of us queuing for like 15 minutes out in the weather while the one attendant had trouble with her point of sale system.

Felt busy outside with parking lot, adjacent smoker's bench and curtains were room darkening, which was great for sleeping but no option to let in natural light without feeling exposed.

Simple but nice attention to detail. Really appreciated the decor-- not kitschy, nice planters, comfort touches in room like slippers, bed tray, extra pillows.

There was a truck there on and off each day different times , guy always talking on the phone . Talking for 15- 25 minutes at a time, he wasn't starting there, staff didn't care or notice. Little uncomfortable
