Our complaints were with the indoor pool area. There were a lot of areas with stool on the ground that all staff just walked by for hours. When we left multiple areas with stool still on the ground after 7:30. The water was very cold in most areas except the kiddie pool and the hot tub. The hot tub was not enjoyable as there was no room for adults with all the toddlers and young children swimming in it. The lifeguards policed the other areas well but the hot tub was a free for all with no supervision. When I brought it up to a lifeguard about how me my mom and my sister would like to go in the hot tub but there is no room because of all the kids and toddlers and even people with infants he just shook his head and did not even attempt to help the situation. I believe if the water everywhere else was not so cold kids would not need to be in the hot tub they would be playing on the slides and at the basketball hoops.

The room was clean and big enough to accommodate our family.

There was an Aquatifur convention happening, which is completely fine, as love is love- but I do think that as a family setting. With family events going until 9pm surrounding the dells- I do think that the time frames should have been altered a bit. At 7pm it geared towards the 18+ crowd, maybe something that should wait until 930-10pm. Or maybe you could separate people staying at the conventions in one area and other guests on the other side. Another problem I had was the side door did not shut. We were tucked away from the main roads, so it wasn't like anyone would walk in, but if they were given the chance, they could have. Finally, I do think that the amount of guests should be accommodated for, as when at the waterpark, I had to walk around the lazy river 4 times before getting a tube. Understandable for being busy, but really wish they accommodated for everyone. The beds could be little softer, and pillows a little firmer.

The waterpark passes are included with any stay, and the individual working the desk gave me another pass for our party. The room said it would be ready at 4pm, and was ready at 1pm, which was amazing! There were so many free activities surrounding Chula Vista- from the Riverwalk with the gorgeous tree, to the Autobots in the Top Secret Parking lot. (Free to take pictures with and we started quite the movement.)

The cleanliness of the facilities and most of the staff, the only people who seemed unhappy was the front desk staff. Whenever we interacted with them they seemed like we were bothering them. I realize I should have put this in the second question. Sorry it just came out.

This is a small resort focusing on younger children (2-12) the pools are super small. We had older kiddos and we all felt that it was geared for the younger kids. This is not a bad thing-we just thought it would be different.

first room had an awful smell the fridge did not work and the screen door did not lock tv about the size of a microwave (2155) you'd think if a guest stayed four or five nights they would be comp'd at least one buffet breakfast .

It was hard to find my villa it wasn’t clear from the map I was in vacation villa D by golf course was far from the water parks and restaurants for me being disabled and not able to walk I had to drive

Seemed short staffed- with the indoor they should have had more tubes for the slides and lazy river. I called for towels mid day and had to call the next morning to get them.

The kids loved Water parks - more so the indoor one.

The rooms need fitted sheets. The bottom sheet drove me nuts because it always pulled out. Also lotion is expected. For the most part towels were old and rundown.

Food was good. Bathroom tub/shower was not safe and difficult to use with shampoo dispenser. Plus, there was no lotion in the room. Tub was slippery and therefore unsafe.

The beds were uncomfortable.. Elevators were very slow.. Had to go to the main hotel for check in, seems like a lot of wasted space in the condo facility.

It was a nice space with a separate room and bathroom for privacy. We had a nice view of the river and walking distance to the all facilities.
