Our first room the window didn’t lock. There was an issue with the cable. They switched our room and fixed the cable. Then we were all good.

The beds were super comfortable. Love the outside areas. Even though it was chilly out, the outdoor area was nice to sit and enjoy the sunshine and water.

Could have more lighting in the room

Had a balcony room in the main building. Large room, with two queen beds (with a wall between them) plus a work desk and a couch and coffee table. Balcony has a great view of Lake Delton. Bed was comfortable, shower had good water flow, good wifi (30mb up, 20 down). We stayed here in late October, so the outdoor activities were mostly shut down, but watching the sunset from their private beach was so nice! They have fire pits on the beach, so bring some firewood!

Beach area was infested with geese poop which was a big turn off.

Great overall experience. Room was clean but refrigerator was loud (almost unplugged it) Beach area needed some TLC. AC worked great and bed was comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in girl sat morning( sorry I don’t remember her name) was so nice and welcoming! Really starts off the stay positive and loving this hotel! Wonderful beach! Playground for the kids!Great outdoor pool, indoor pool and hot tubs! Our room was nice and clean! We will definitely be booking this place again! Thank you aloha beach!

I thought we would be in the hotel, but we were in one of the rooms outside (tiki room). Our room was okay, but pretty outdated and we both woke up a ton throughout the night, quite noisy.

Being on the lake was beautiful.

Multiple questions at check it. I was held liable for damage from pets, smoking, vaping etc. I did not bring a dog or do I smoke. This surprise liability at checkin will cause me to think carefully before booking at this property in the future. Please rethink this excessive damage policy!

The furniture (besides the beds/bedframes) really needs to be updated!! The couch/desk chair in our room had certainly seen better days, and there was a whole in the wall where ethernet/phone cords likely were at some point in time. If these few things were updated I would have added another star! And lastly, the first woman who helped me at the front desk was completely rude and despite the fact that I was holding a baby in my arms, didn't help me at all in figuring out what I needed to do to check in. I had to look up the waivers in my email and by the time I had done so, she was occupied with someone else and a young man finished checking me in. He was VERY nice and very helpful, and overall the rest of the staff seemed very kind and attentive.

This was a perfect stay for my family! We have two young children and the pool area/beach was perfect for them! We especially appreciated how clean everything was, including the pool areas, lobby, beach, and rooms. Despite all the kids/families, we slept peacefully and hardly heard any noise from outside or upstairs. There are two playgrounds and a handful of shaded picnic tables along a lovely lawn area, plus fire pits and firewood for sale in the lobby! Although there is no restaurant onsite, there is a restaurant and ice cream shop just a 2 minute walk down the street. Perfect!! We loved being close to the Dells action without being in the thick of it. This is truly the perfect place for any family with little kids, or families with big kids who plan to spend most of their time at waterparks during the day anyway. We will be back next summer!

The floaty in lake was covered with goose poop the next morning and was still being cleaned off at 10am, so the kids couldn't use it when the beach opened at 9am. The beach hours are too short, should stay open at least until 7pm or sunset.

Outside and indoor pools. 2 hot tubs, sauna room!! Loved the soft sandy beach and the floaty obstacle course for the family.

The location is amazing. The beach is on lake Delton with beautiful views. The beach has a water amusement park which was super entertaining for our kids! We all loved the kayak which were free at the beach. The hotel stay included access to the zoo and the natura beach resort which was an incredible deal. There were multiple pools (indoor and outdoor). Wish they were a bit warmer but still had a lot of fun using the hot tub. Kids enjoyed the pools. Plenty of places to lay down at the beach but no shade. The rooms were simple but comfortable. I wish they were cleaner. We will likely be back!

The room service might improve. We reserved two rooms for 4 adults and 2 kids and we only had 4 big towels in the bathroom. There was not enough shampoo nor body wash and we had to buy our own bottles. Not a big issue but something that would improve the service.

The facilities are awesome. Very good pools and a nice beach. Everything was very clean. The location is great and the sunrise and sunsets were very quiet and beautiful. Our kids had a lot of fun!
