If you are physically challenged going uphill or stairs this might be tough for you.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is a place you’d want to stay in. It has everything you could possibly imagine. A spacious flat with all the necessities. The best view from the balcony, where you can enjoy breakfast, dinner. The location is excellent.

The balcony is what makes it all worth it, a view and a feeling is absolutely splendid! It’s well situated and not hard to get by foot. Refreshing clean and nice pool. We were very happy to meet the owner and his father, they were very helpful, respectful, replying messages when needed. We felt very good in the apartment, thank you!

Some small improvements needed - bedside lights needed. WiFi signal poor, pillows and bedding could have been more comfortable. Shower door did not close fully. Small amount of maintenance needed would make big difference.

Amazing views lots of kitchen accessories supplied. Water and all cleaning materials a nice addition. Checkin process could be better

Great location within walking distance to the center of Kaş, plenty of parking, nicely equipped apartment with everything you’d need during your stay, beautiful view from our 3rd level balcony. The owner is English speaking and is really helpful, kind and pleasant to deal with. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back.

We were expecting the same view as on pictures but we get lower floor. So, the nice view is not guaranteed and in such way it is overpriced

The property information states that property accepts Visa and Mastercard. On arrival we were told that they accept only cash. Luckily, we had enough cash with us to pay for our stay, but it was an inconvenience. The last time we stayed at this property we payed in advance by credit card via Booking, but this time there was no such option. The pillows are too big and too hard.

It was our second stay at this property. We chose it because of the amazing view and we got it. Everything else was as expected: ACs work, kitchen equipment works, there's a lot of cookware and cutlery, shower works ok, etc.

It is located close to the center but still it is it is steeply uphill so If you need to walk up from the center on foot it is a bit hard under the hot sun.

Nice apartment complex with a pool. It is located in a high hilltop this is good for the view. The view east truly amazing! ıt has everything we needed. The staff was informative and friendly.

Pool says no sunscreen as not chlorinated.

The location is excellent. Parking right outside (whereas driving into town is manic with no parking). One minute walk at most down steep hill, leads onto the flat road through town (10 mins to harbour at end) with shops restaurants and banks along the way. Had good facilities (cleaning stuff provided). Kids liked pool - very small but deep - was 1m below our balcony so easy to watch them. Sofa beds decent.

There were some ants on the balcony (not in the unit) but that is just Turkey…they are everywhere. Because of this we did not use the balcony for breakfast or relaxing. I’m sure the manager would have taken care of it but we didn’t want chemicals sprayed while we were there (and again, they are everywhere in Turkey). Just a warning: the property prefers you pay in cash (Turkish Lira, Euros, or USD). I don’t recall seeing that in the listing. We would have gladly paid in cash (brought from home) but the fees to take out money from ATMs are heinous and there are limits to how much you can withdraw each day. Most businesses in Turkey want cash.

Great location for visit to Kas, up on the hill and away from noise and traffic. Parking was available. Unit was very large. Bathroom was clean, washing machine in bathroom. Two balconies. Kitchen was good with lots of dishes. Our unit was close to the pool and had peek-a-boo views of the water from both balconies.
