Lack of care . Took my money and that was it.

Didn’t get a breakfast. Day one no one about . Day two another person having breakfast but none offered to me. The man on reception wasn’t very obliging. He did give me hot water for my own coffee but that was it. Nice situation close to marina and fairly quiet at night.

The location was perfect fhe stuff was good it was clean the breakfast not bad

Everything that Akan could control was great however the city does have some water issues and is limited every other day. The hotel makes accommodations for this but on those days the shower is short and cold.

Traveled to Turkey with my 22 year old son and 25 year old daughter so I knew I had to pick a place that met all of our needs and Denizati Pension was the perfect place for our stay right in the middle of it all close to bars and restaurants and just steps from the ocean. While the location was amazing for the 3 of us, the host/manager/owner Akan is the true gem of this place and all of Bodrum. Akan from the moment we checked in was so helpful, kind and funny. He has to be the hardest working man in all of Turkey. If we woke up early to scuba dive he was there. If we came in late from the bars he was there. This hotel and its owner was the perfect way for us to start our 20 day Turkish adventure.

The water pressure was a problem and I needed to inform the owner when I wanted to take a shower so that he would use the water tank to fix pressure. Location was very close to beach but noise of bars and restaurants with loud music could be heard and was annoying.

Location was nice and near beach and city center. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room they gave me was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good.

The water pressure and water in general is a big problem, but it's really not the owners fault, it's the fault of the city council. He has to switch on the water pump every single time when someone is going for a shower. Apart from the everything was amazing.

The location, facilities and the love Akan has given to me and to all of the guests. The hotel itself is very pretty and cosy, making you instantly relaxed as soon as you enter the premises.

Not the fault of Denizati Pension, but there was no town water. Our host had to pump water from his tank when we wanted a shower. No fridge.

Location, breakfast, and our host. Right in the centre of restaurants, markets, and next to the beach. Not too far to walk from the Kos - Bodrum ferry which is next to the castle, and all level. Our host was very helpful and made a great breakfast. He also organised a fixed price taxi to the airport for us

the was no water, so shower was not possible. I think it's a problem in Bodrum rather than the hotel's. However I was given the option of a bucket shower if I needed to wash.

The location Is great, close to the centre and the bus station. The breakfast is served outside and it's really tasty.

The water shortage which was quite inconvenient, but it is a general city problem not the hotels fault. Management was helpful and informed me when is best time to use and even let me use their back up trunk.

Perfect location, right in the center, nice yard, filling breakfast, friendly stuff and guests. Mister Akan is a kind helpfully and attentive host

Issues with water supply for which they apologised. Sometimes no water supply in the room and water was cold. Had to ask for water tank to be activated which they did immediately. Room was small but cool and quiet. Needed updating and hooks etc for hanging towels/clothes. Really convenient position behind main shopping street. Difficult to find at first, need better signs.

Very nice, typically Turkish breakfast. Some different options would have been nice, especially after a few days. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble.

Nothing with the hotel, but Bodrum has town water supply issues due to the ongoing drought and influx of tourism so town water supply was up and down. It wasn’t really a problem for us as we were swimming in the beach during the day etc…but I can imagine how stressful it would be for the team with only a small back up tank. May need to invest in a larger water tanks if the government doesn’t come up with a solution to lessen the stress for themselves and guests.

Excellent location, great breakfast and the rooms were comfortable enough especially for the price we paid. Akan and the team were amazing! He treated us like family and any questions or request was never an issue, he was always happy to help.

The heat, which is normal in July and August. If you can choose other months to visit Bodrum. it is wiser to there in April-May-June or September-October. I knew it's hot, but even so I had a good stay, perfect AC, good swims in the sea early in the morning. I wish they had matrimonial beds instead of twin in their rooms, but this is a personal extravagance, because in western countries you hardly can find matrimonial beds in hotels, there are new official regulations in tourism.

A place in the middle of the old town. Actually, it's a few steps from the main pedestrian commercial street, but it is quiet enough to feel serene in your holiday. The house is cozy and clean, and the hosts are always there, very friendly and human. They do their best to meet the needs of the guests. The continental breakfast is so nice, served with a warm attitude, on the little quiet terrace they have under the trees. It is true that the rooms are small, but very clean and enough for a good shower and a good rest (the beds and mattress are new and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room is functioning well and there is a fair wi-fi signal. The host is taking care to order your taxi when you need it for the airport or other destinations. So if you want a basic but fair, clean, friendly and nice place to stay in the center of the old town, close to the sea, the terraces, restaurants, bars and shops, Denizati pansion is a good option.
