No one's fault just a note - Disabled air-conditioning for winter time. Central heating all through. Some of us like the cold and air conditioning. It was hot for us. Will be nice to have a choice on air-conditioning temperature in some rooms so we can book into that room

Family of 5 from UK. We had a great time here. From when we arrived, served drinks and we had a speed check in. We were allocated our guest assistant for the duration of our stay Sabrina and also a dedicated WhatsApp group that Sabrina and Aziz were on and available to deal with our requests all the way. The reception staff Nur and Iryna were also polite and welcoming. Food was really good, different variety, and fresh and good healthy meals available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We only ate in buffet and bistro. All. Dining staff were at our service, taking our plates and bringing drinks. The swimming pools were big and clean. So many pools. We also had pool access to our duplex room. The spa smelt so nice and was relaxing. We had a Turkish Hamamm bath and massage. Ildar at the spa attended to us and gave us good package deal. Sophia and her team were also polite and welcoming. We had Cetim and Kasim as our bath and massage team and they did a fantastic job. We left feeling very refreshed and body clean and relaxed. All the staff we met where friendly and attentive and always ready to help We would like to visit again. Thank you :)

Some time very unpleasant hotel employees especially in the reception. Shame that in 5* hotel, where the most of the travelers are not Turkish, waiters in the restaurant which is open 24/7 doesn't speak any other languages then Turkish. Couple times had a problem with ordering food there. Some paid things in the hotel are really overcharged even that hotel itself is already high priced.

With such a huge variety of food, it is difficult to get everything to a high standard. Personally I felt some of the hot food quality could be slightly better tastewise and also the pastries too. Some pastries I tried were not to my taste (croissants, cheesecake etc). Also we told the hotel before hand that we were coming here for a special occasion, but nothing special was done during our stay. The games room is amazing, but a handful of the arcade machines dont work.

Very attentive service, clean and incredible interior and decor of the whole hotel and room. Amazing room - we stayed in the deluxe room. It has jaquzzi bath as well as a powerful shower. Lots of places to drink and eat on site. Great facilities including indoor pool, outdoor pool, beach area with sun loungers, bowling, lounge area for drinks, lobby area to sit, shops etc.

The furniture in the sitting areas would require some refurbishment as they are all getting worn out. But they are all of high quality

The hotel is beautifully situated and beautifully structured . Just the entrance is like going into a palace. We'll designed reception area with waiters to welcome you in with a grace of campaign or freshly made fruit juice. Booking in is fast and smooth. The staff are wonderful. , you are treated like a king or queen, with smiley faces, very polite and ready to serve you. There is a lot to eat and drink, entertainment is great. There is a beautiful nightclub to wind time as well, and enjoy the night.. The rooms, bedding, toiletries, etc. are high quality.

Language is an issue and food doesn’t have indications for veg or non veg. You won’t realise that yesterday what was vegetarian is stuffed with meat today. These labels should help in case people have meat allergies. Only 3 same options for vegan every day, that was very disappointing.

Everything was amazing, kids activities, grownup things. You won’t feel like going out of the resort. It’s lovely. Sweets are like heaven for kids. Staff is always smiling.

Cost of other restaurants were somewhat expensive - lobster over $350 in the fish restaurant, private cabanas are pricey, spa are lovely but again quite dear what what the service was
