We have visited IC Hotels Residence for the 3rd time now. It exceeded our expectations as always! We have got a complimentary upgrade from Lake Villa to Bali Villa with private pool and at any time of our stay the guest relationships representatives - namely Ekaterina and Marina - were always there to help out right away. The beach is excellent, I havent seen a better beach and an atmosphere anywhere else in Turkey. This hotel always feels like you are alone, there is not a lot of people, restaurant staff knows you personally. We left feeling pampered and fully relaxed. The food is always very tasty and everything around it is clean, it's always in refrigerators even fruits on the beach. Cleanliness of food is one of the multiple reasons we always choose this hotel since we travel with kids. I have also seen that they clean pools daily, even our private pool. WiFi signal is strong, even on the beach with your feet in the water.

I stayed in Bali Villa and deluxe Bali villa , bathroom doors need to be changed because it’s not isolated and the doors almost opened due to the open slices in the door itself, this is really need to be changed ( photo attached almost the same )

Everything was excellent, staff was so friendly and helpful, this is the best resort in antalya , i have been here a twice, the cleaning of the room and pool was great , dinner and lunch variety was good but required more dishes

Great villa, great beach and food. Ala cart restaurant is just great. Territory is clean, luxury and calm. If you need entertainment- you can go to Green Palace (next door hotel). We liked Mixology bar in the evening, felt like you are in great bar in some Europe city.

We were unlucky to have the gym closed due to repairs You pay per room, so for us with one person per room not very advanategous

We loved a green, quiet, and a beautiful layout, a very welcoming personnel, unfortunately I do not remember all of the names, but Lutfu from the restaurant was exceptionally professional and friendly. There is an ideal combination of proximity to a bigger Green Palace Hotel where all reach infrastructure is at the disposal of the Residence guests, but if you want more tranquility, it's there for you too. Initially with the check in we had some issues, but those got quickly and professionally resolved, and we have gotten a much appreciated room upgrade too. Thank you to Lubov and Marina for their patience and customer care

Food from menu was not impressive. It was quite loud in the room. Airco system stincked. The entrance door from the inside could not be locked.

It was wonderful stay. Our lake villa was upgraded till Bali. Both apartments were wonderful. Of course Bali villa is much more special then Lake one, but Lake villa was also very nice and comfortable. Food is delicious, I loved Mavi restaurant (IC Residence main restaurant) a lot. No crowds, pleasant and relaxing family atmosphere. Beach is very lovely- lots of space, never busy, and very cozy. Beach restaurant is wonderful. Rooms are big, clean, cozy and relaxing. Everyday cleaning, ladies are pleasant and never annoying. We loved food delivery. Electric cars transfers (buggies) are great during hot time for families with small kids or elder people. Usually cones in 10 min or less. We had a great time there. Thank you for such welcome stay 🙏

there were little things in the room that were broken or didn't work like sockets or part of the outside deck but nothing major, also it too bad you cant order drinks or snack from your phone because there's no waiter service at the pool area and beach area that is separate from green palace

we had an amazing family vacation, we stayed at the Bali villa which had a nice pool and nice spacious room, the mini fridge was stocked with water, beers and soda's which was absolutely great and was restocked daily, overall stayed at IC residence is defiantly an upgraded experience oh the IC green palace, the food at the resort is good the residence's Mavi restaurant is very good and the service is amazing,the A la cate restaurants were also very good! all the IC green facilities are also good a lot of fun and entrainment for the kids and the adults. a great vaction

The pools are not heated and are not very warm in October (maybe 22C), might be different in Summer. The water in the aqua park and the kids aqua park was also cold.

There was noise coming from the cars on the street, which could be heard in the back rooms (in the houses that are close to the street)

Spacious rooms, delicious food in all restaurants, the pool in front of the house was very convenient. The beach was nice, with special sunbeds and bar just for us. Overall - a really great place and a wonderful vacation!!!

Amazing food, excellent service, rooms are being cleaned every day. Huge territory with lots of pools which is why its never crowded! Excellent entertainment at night. Suitable for family with kids.

I felt that rooms themselves were a bit dated , especially the bathrooms and could use an upgrade but room itself was specious and very comfortable for family.

We had a wonderful experience at IC residence . If we are in the area , we would definitely stay there again. I loved the beautiful grounds of the resort , perfectly maintained , beautifully done landscape. I loved how it did not feel crowded and it felt like you had a place to yourself. I loved the food , it was wonderful and we mainly stayed at the residence location for food ( vs the green palace ). even the place at the beach had exceptional food . The staff and service were great , I appreciated how we were greeted at the arrival , they were expecting us. The swim out pool was very nice . Kids also enjoyed the water park .

Tv channels were mainly in Turkish or Russian and though there were smart tvs, connectivity to Netflix would have been nice. But the facilities within the resort make up for this shortcoming tbh. Also my friend has a cat phobia and didn’t like the fact that there were a number of furry friends being fed by guests or wandering around the resort - wouldn’t be great for someone with an actual cat allergy. There was also a dog on the loose which again could be an issue for those with kids who have a phobia of dogs.

Great location, loads of pools and beach/pool bars. It’s best to get an all inclusive deal because the food drinks and snacks on offer are great! private beach with water sports; great for families and couples/friends alike. All you can eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, night buffet with menu changes to suit all daily, great facilities, amenities and activities, staff extremely hospitable, room service and cleaning was fantastic- was worth every penny

The rooms are outdated and the bathrooms have not been renovated in many years. It is very difficult to get out of the high bath and the soap products are of very poor quality and the towels are old. The most disappointing thing was that the restaurants are not included and there is only one dining room with boring and repetitive food.

The manicured gardens, the location and the architecture are nice but everything is very old fashioned and a bit neglected and there is only one restaurant in the whole resort with an old menu that was boring and repeated every day at all meals. Despite the advertisement that everything is included, the additional restaurants were not included, and an additional price was required. The waiters in the restaurant are very nice and try to help as much as they can, as does the man in charge of them.
