Absolute minimum of crockery, utensils and cooking equipment despite having a kitchen area with washing machine and dishwasher. No cleaning materials provided. Window blinds too transparent for external lighting at night and daylight. Extensive cctv on site is both a positive and a negative. Potential fall hazard with basement apartment roof Windows being open with no railing.

About the room: Clean, cozy room, in our booking we had a balcony overlooking the mountains, towels, slippers, bathing essentials, air conditioning, TV and most importantly a beautiful view, there was also a swimming pool on the hotel grounds Breakfast: we had breakfast included, very tasty and hearty. Location: there are many restaurants and stores nearby and the central beach is not far away. Staff: people are very friendly and helpful

I stayed at this boutique hotel for 4 nights, and having visited various hotels in Kemer over the years, this was by far the best experience I’ve had. The rooms are modern, well-maintained, and everything feels new and fresh. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout my stay. The staff were amazing, with special thanks to Batıkan at reception, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, too!

Loud music at the reception and by the pool. Our room was in between these two so we could hear the music a lot. The staff was kind to turn it down on request. Our room was not thoroughly cleaned during our stay but they changed towels and took out the trash. The mini-fridge was not working 100% but the staff offered to use the kitchen fridge instead. There is a mosque 2 blocks away so we could hear the call to prayer quite loudly but it did not bother us much.

The hotel is great for the price. We had an amazing time staying here. The rooms are clean and modern. All amenities as described: mini-fridge, TV, kettle, AC. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel owner is very often there himself and does everything to please the guests. The pool was clean with sunbeds and umbrellas. The staff provided complimentary Turkish tea and water by the pool, amazing hospitality! Even if we had small questions or problems the staff always did their best to find a solution.

Very good modern interiors, it’s hard to find that in a budget hotel in the region, very nice and clean swimming pool area, free parking. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, including the owner himself. This is a very good alternative for someone not looking for an all-inclusive over-the-top stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice. It’s a place where you will feel at home, yet without having to worry about anything: the hotel owner is always ready to personally assist if needed; the manager will remember your preferred type of coffee and, if he see you in the courtyard, he will thoughtfully bring it to you; the lovely women will make sure you sleep in clean sheets and are well-fed in the morning. The hotel is completely new, with absolute cleanliness and friendly people. Photos correspond to reality. The main street with stores and restaurants is a stone's throw away, yet you can relax in silence. The road to the sea takes five minutes with a quiet walk and takes no effort. I was truly happy to return again and I am confident that I have now found my go-to place for relaxation in this beautiful city, where I will return every year! I wish you to maintain this standard, to have good guests, and to be happy people. See you again soon!

Everything is superb!

New, modern and clean private hotel. Best location - in the walking distance from key destinations: 5-7 min walk to the central beach (we liked it more than Moonlight), 1 min walk to a very nice open terrace restaurant Friends (seafood/fish restaurant Nokta, 5 min walk, is also highly recommended), 4 min walk to the closest chain grocery store CarrefourSA, 6 min walk to the fruit and veggies market (open on Mondays). The owner and the stuff are most welcoming and helpful! Checking with us every day if we need anything, looking out for their customers. My daughter needed to see a Doctor on Sunday, the owner of the hotel Mr Irfan promptly contacted the closest local hospital (5 min drive) and arranged the visit, called the taxi service - the translator and the personnel were ready for us as we arrived, even though they seemed to be hving a very busy day... You can rely on these guys in any situation, they take things seriously. We are definitely coming back!

Most people who use the hotel usually stay for a few nights or a long weekend but we stayed for 12 nights and on reflection should have booked a suite, which looked great, rather than a deluxe room which was a bit small for our extended stay; our fault, we’ll know better next time.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast (Turkish) very tasty. There are lots of good bars and restaurants nearby that are far better value for money than those on the sea front, but not so close as to disturb you at night. The pool area is small but cosy, but we could always get a sunbed when needed.
