the surface of the mattress was wavy, and sagged in places. It is very difficult for people with low weight and sleep problems to sleep on such a mattress.

We chose the hotel in the hope for my son to meet other teenagers but the teenage club was full of small children so he didnt make any friends and was mostly alone all holiday which was sad.

I paid for three people, but this room was for two people anyway, and my friend had to get an additional room since we were three. Most of the facilities shown in the description and pictures were closed at any time of day. The timings for Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were so tight and short that we couldn't catch some or even most of them. Therefore, most days, we'd have only one or two meals per day. We had a Jacuzzi in our room but when we wanted to use the one in the spa centre, they said it costs you more and frankly it was not fair.

All the meals, desserts, and drinks were amazing. The room was so clean regarding bed sheets and toiletries and was full of complementary items. Room service was quick enough even during the night and midnights. Our balcony's view was fascinating and beautiful. The spa centre was nice, and we had many massages in there; although came with an extra charge, it was very professional and relaxing and was worth it.

Family of 5 from UK, came to Duplex family suite with pool access. Right from when we booked on booking.com and messaged the hotel, they were prompt and super responsive. Answering all our questions and making us comfortable in a very polite way. Then at reception Sadri and team were all polite. All staff at the hotel were friendly and kind. Always on standby and ready to help. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The fridge was so stocked up we couldn't finish then drinks. We had wine on welcome and also on check out we had a lovely touch of more wine and chocolates. There was bath stuffs like shampoo, conditioner and body lotion and other smaller items that one will need. The house cleaning staff was so kind and helpful as well. The guest relations Anna and Yadigar on WhatsApp were awesome. They reply so fast and get things sorted and to our door so quickly. Anna and Yadigar were so polite and patient all the way. Murat and team at the door were also great in helping us with luggage. Laundry team was also efficient and did our service for us in good enough time to check out. The food was really lovely, we all found what we like to eat. Bilals, Tevfik, Hanife, Gamze, Muhammet were very helpful and always at our service The kids game place had a PS5 game console on request. The kids also played archery and basketball. We would like to come back.

I love everything. Our stay here was exceptional thanks to the personal. They always exceed expectations and took care about the smallest details. A lot of delicious food, personal assistant 24/7 via WhatsApp, the own hotel application that allow you to follow the entertainment schedule and book restaurants. Great spa that make the hotel the good place to be even in the low season. Very comfortable beds.

Absolutely AMAZING from the minute we walked into the reception to the day we left, a special shout out to Silver who checked us in and gave us the BEST upgrade we could have dreamed of, thank you Silver you made our stay very special, the room was out of this world and the jacuzzi and view was majestic :) Thank you Lara Barut your staff are amazing we felt so welcome and treated like a King and Queen. Seriously - nothing I could think about. But if I have to come up with something... From time to time the cocktail's quality in the beach bar was not even (too much alco). Maybe make an indoor pool a bit warmer so it can be easily used during colder days. More table games (like monopoly) would be great for the winter evenings.

Everything was spectacular! It is for sure the best AI-hotel I've ever seen! Where to start... I got an upgraded room immediately without even asking! First of all - you constantly feel that you are a very special and dear guest. Guys from reception know your name and in which room you live, waiters remember in a couple of days what you like, animation team celebrates with you all your victories and chit-chats each time you see each other... We've spent 7 nights and there was no single time when I put aside a dish cause it wasn't good enough - everything we've tried was between "tasty" and "wow delicious!". Akdeniz serves more restaurant-style (steaks, shrimps, sashimi and so on) dishes and the vibe is really great. Don't expect Micheline stars and lobsters but all in all - really good. The same goes for cocktails. The variety and quality of included drinks are mind-blowing (Hennesy, Olmeca etc.) House-keeping ladies are doing an amazing job, all the necessities are replenished, mini-bar is regularly re-stocked, and clothes are nicely folded... We had a very pleasant touch on the last day - a bottle of good Italian Prosecco and sweets. That was absolutely unexpected and so sweet! Great evening entertainment (just the right amount and quality of the performances)! Nice SPA-facilities, if you don't like the prices in SPA - wait a bit, they have amazing Sales-managers and you could get a great discount (around 30%) if you negotiate a bit :) Massage quality is higher than usually in the resorts but not top-notch. You can order pillows and yoga equipment in the room! Basically everything was so amazing that I have booked vacations in a year somewhere in the mid of my stay and now considering a shorter visit in a couple of months. If you are concerned about the weather: at the beginning of December there were 3 days when I could swim in the sea and outdoor pool and 4 days when the indoor pool did the job.

Our only small complaints were that there weren't many toilets near the pool area, and none near the main buffet restaurant. But otherwise can't fault much else!

Lovely resort, wonderful staff, great food and drink. The best bit for us was the outdoor heated pool in October, which was PERFECT for families with small children - with a long sloping shallow end, ideal for toddlers to splash around in safely. We've been to a few different resorts in Turkey at this time of year, and heated outdoor pools are not a given, but make a huge difference because the non-heated pools are pretty freezing in October! The kids also loved the evening entertainment with the kids' disco and then some great acrobatics and dance shows. I loved the beach bar and beach area, and great that there was a good kids' playground right next to the beach bar!

Slow lifts but to be honest I wasn't ever in a hurry. Could also look at changing the balcony roof system to one that closes to keep the area dry when it rains

Incredible service and top quality food. We managed to eat in 5 different restaurants in the resort during our week and they were all fantastic. The drinks included in the price were decent quality. Live piano music some evenings was very pleasant in the main bar. Evening dancing to burn off some calories. Large heated outdoor and indoor pool. Nice beach bar and loads of spare seats probably due to the fact it was November. The sea was chilly but well worth giving it a go. I could keep going on and on about how good this place is but you'll just need to come and find out for yourself!

The really only thing, what is not so nice is the fact, that the hotel guest most from Germany (maybe this is Special for November and the other months are more international). And the Germans are thinking they own the hotel and bringing they bad negative energy with no family friendly and kids haters attitude to this beautiful hotel and country. But this is a guest culture problem.. and has nothing to do with the great attitude of the hotel.!

The Hotel ist very good. 5 stars and full service. The complete team of Lara Barut is very good at service always with smile and helpful. Every wish they try to make happen and a “no” to the guest isn’t an option. The restaurants are very very good the buffet ist rich and every day change with different food. The Lara Barut has a lot of great ala carte Restaurant from Italian to Shushi also traditional Turkish restaurants. I really liked the secret restaurant wich is the only one with a charge money but what you get there is like Michelin star cooking very special, it is worth it. The spa is also very good and they have an indoor pool, indoor cinema and also a stylish disco indoor. Outdoor the hotel has also a lot of activities for adult and kids. Minigolf, archery, amphitheater, water park for kids and the famous kids club concept and great restaurants. I would say the hotel is very Family and kids friendly. They are always be kind and friendly to kids and are interested that the little guest feel alright too. My and my family was very satisfied with Lara Barut and give full points. I think 5 Stars and full points are what the hotel Lara Barut deserved.

As I mentioned, we've been here twice, once in summer and once in autumn. While the outside temperature in autumn is really ideal, we were disappointed to find that most of the outdoor pools are not heated. The main pool, the water slides and the pool connected with them, and even the baby wading pool were all ice cold, which meant we couldn't use them. For the amount of money paid and the fact that the resort was full, they could have heated them.

Great place especially for families. I never wanted to come to an all inclusive before having kids and before coming here, but this place really changed my mind. Classy decor, lovely staff, amazing buffets with more options than you can ever wish for, as well as multiple separate restaurants with high quality food. We reserved for dinner at Kuyu and had a perfect meal with lovely service from Mr. Murat and Mr. Harun. We have been here twice, both time with swim-up rooms which are in my opinion worth it especially when you have a family with small kids. While the little ones sleep or have a rest, you can enjoy the room's pool. Another plus is that in the summer the main pools get very warm, and in the autumn they were not that warm, but our room pool was great in both seasons.

The breakfast was OK.. more selection of fruit needed I.e blueberries and papaya. The jacuzzi is abit smallish more like a spa bath but very relaxing Difficult to connect to my firestick to the TV. The WiFi was abit unstable The room service food wasn't the best. Not a massive selection. More fish options would be good.

Check in experience was welcoming and very efficient. They allocated me a PA on WhatsApp to ask any questions to which was great. I stayed in the room with the jacuzzi on the balcony. The room was lush like a penthouse style. There was steam room as part of the shower facility in the room which was excellent. As the hotel was busy/full, getting reservations in the a la carte restaurants (via the hotel app) was tricky and we were unable to eat in our first choice restaurant at all during our stay which was a shame. One of the pools is not heated, which meant the other main pool was quite crowded - although this is partly due to the time of year for our visit of course!

Plenty of all inclusive options for food and drinks and the standard of the food was high, even in the buffet. The beach and pools, gym and spa were lovely and the little running track around the resort was a lovely touch. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, particularly the housekeeping team and the restaurant/bar staff.
