Staff is amazing! Pretty cool nice place located just walking distance to the city center. I definitely recommend the place and Velvet hostal. Provided breakfast came as a surprised!

Well decorated, nice and secure place. Very kind and helpfull personal, they speak good english. Tasty breakfast and good coffee. They also have some food and drinks for sale. Wifi. 5 minutes walk to the center of town.

Car traffic in Santa Ana is tough. I recommend taking Uber or public transportation (but it’s slow). Uber is very reasonable.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The food was great. They even found some one that could speak English with me. Just a great experience!

Amazing stay! The property was located in a great area, the room I stayed was lovely, and the included breakfast was really good. All of the staff were extremely friendly, and were great at answering all of my questions. I would stay here again.

Staff were excellent and so friendly. All of them went out of our way to make sure we had a great time in Santa Ana, from explaining bus routes to restaurant recommendations. The free breakfast is also delicious!. Could not fault this place!

The staff were so friendly welcoming , smiling all time specially the guy for the breakfast has a big smile , his smile just built in , breakfast so good , Location great , clean , Please when you go to the Santa Ana volcano , take some extra water and food for the dogs all way at the top, I left 2 bowls there , hopefully still there .

This place is a restaurant/cafe so music was playing the whole time and the tables are right outside to room door. Nestor did turn down the volume and turned music off at 9pm, but you still hear everything. And more hooks needed in bathroom!

The location is reasonable. It's not right in the center but maybe a 10 minute walk. The breakfast was great. I liked the upstairs hang out area.

rooms face an inner courtyard and the music started early in the morning, which is a bit annoying if you are trying to sleep a bit later than 7 :-D

Rooms are not sound proofed! You can hear everything even with earplugs. The bathroom. Skip the tours and shuttle service! You don't get what you paid for!!!

Good location 10 minutes walk to the center. Great customer service! Friendly helpful staff! Good advice on how to do side trips on the buses or organized tours for you. Good typical El Salvadorean breakfast. Cute rooftop sitting area to hangout or work!

The stay was perfect, everybody was extremely nice, delicious breakfast was served, they were very good about explaining us about the things to do and transportation to the areas. The owner Juan Carlos and his wife were very polite and helpful as well as the receptionist and the waitress, we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

Very small room with no windows, which felt quite humid. We did not like the automatic hygienic spray in the room.
