Bathroom was a bit strange glass panels so from the bedroom you could see straight into the bathroom shower. WC, sink . But there was a curtain you could close around . Was OK but strange. There was only 2 sachets 3 in one coffee with mik & sugar in . My husband only drinks black coffee . So couldn’t have a drink . I only drink tea or hot chocolate there was only 2 Indian tea bags no choice . No sugar or milk of the tea. So I couldn’t have a drink either . Which was disappointing. It was very warm in the room we had to open the window to cool the room down there was no way to control the heating .

Friendly & helpful staff. Clean ,comfortable room. Very close to the shops & center. Inside under ground Parking was just 1 minutes away . Breakfast was really tasty . And a good choice . The breakfast room was beautifully decorated with flowers . Wonderland . Definitely go back again

Perfect location. 5 min from the Flixbus station, maybe 10 min to the main square(City Center). Gorgeous decor in the hall, spectacular restaurant and food. Fab staff. Room very warm, cosy and modern. There is an elevator.

The hotel position is perfect, minutes away from the train and bus station and the town centre. At the ground frloor of the hotel there is a Cafe', whose decorations are something quite special. The food at the cafe' was amazing. Every staff member was super helpful and kind.

Highly-highly impressed with this holel. 1. Location is perfect. Google map can be tricky and make you walk around, but when you realize that everything is minutes away walk distance, you love even more this hotel. 2. Staff is out of this world. Easy to talk, kind, efficient, friendly. 3. There is a small Café in the main floor with a pretty much IG ready decor. Lovely. 4. Room wasn't too big, but good enough for my stay 5. Tech added into the room (everything is digital) 6. Comfy bed 7. Kettle, fridge, desk, safe, good closet 8. Clean inside my room and common areas 9. Elevator is small, but staircase is an option 10. Restaurants, grocery, banks, etc step away I will 300% recommend this hotel and come back soon.

It was too hot in the room, and we needed to manually adjust the heater from underneath, the thermostat on the wall was not adjusting the temperature.

Everything was fine overall, nice cozy place. We got free water bottles. Very close to the center. Good price. We paid by card, I was worried about not being able from other reviews. It is very obvious that they invested a lot to make this place nice. They have nice cookies.

There really wasn't much. I'd be nitpicking here but the lift is small and there wasn't a place to charge my phone beside my bed.

Lovely Shower, underfloor heating in the bathroom which is nice, comfortable mattress and very welcoming and genuinely friendly staff members. Very colourful interior. Location is pretty great too. The café has really nice coffee aswell.
