“On arrival at the hotel, the receptionists said I did not have a reservation with the hotel. This was without them even requesting for my passport or name. The General Manager later joined and informed me that they were oversold and did not have a room for me. I was driven to another hotel and was offered transport back to the hotel the next day. I had indicated that I would be paying for my hotel bill by card upon reservation but while going to settle my bill on the night before my check out, the hotel declined ans said they can only take cash. After alot of back and forth, they drove me to the town to access an ATM to withdraw cash”
