At some point the girls bathroom got flooded so it was difficult to find free showers at certain moments of the day. Other than that, all was good.

It was a great experience. The staff were great, rooms were clean and the fact that they give you free towels was a pleasant surprise. Not to mention the location of the hostel, which is close to main attractions and also bus station that goes to the airport.

This hostel was one of the best. It was very easy to meet people and the hostel organizes everyday another event. The breakfast is included and it's very centrally located. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in Lisbon.

the kettle is broken, there was no hot water in the women's shower for two days. if you lose a key, it is expensive to make a copy - 5 euros. while the neighbors did it for free. the prices are unclear, this is not published anywhere. the pillow needs replacing. There is no laundry here

Community was amazing, well equipped rooms and showers, spacious living room, breakfast and one glass of sangria included.

They offerr breakfast, dinner and drinks for free as well(in this season) Location is the best, and the view as well

Everything was great. The staff is awesome, they really make you feel welcome. There are activities everyday to help you socialise and meet other guests while exploring the city. Common areas are nice. Food was delicious. A perfect place for a solo traveller!

Staff are friendly, I had a warm welcoming. Location is perfect, in front of Restauradores Square and close to the metro station (blue line). Stayed in a 4 bunk beds room and it was perfect. There was a locker large enough to fit my luggage and my backpack. My bed had a curtain, a socket, a lamp and a small shelf. The dorms area has a door to lessen the noise from the communal area. Bathrooms and toilets were always cleaned. Breakfast is superb, all fresh made. The vibe is cool, even if you are shy or feel a bit awkward. They've got daily activities so the travellers can befriend and get along. It's not a party hostel, but you can meet other guests and go out for partying.

The hostel is wonderful nevertheless a few suggestions for improvement: For the price you could provide shampoo and conditioner for free. Activities in the evening would be great as the pub crawl only starts at 11pm (group games, movie night, ...). The system of the lockers is not very practical as you need a 2euro coin. For hygienic reasons, I didn't like the fact that everyone had to wash their dishes by hand. Nevertheless, it gives you a homely feeling.

Really loving staff who will infect you with their good energy and do their best to make your stay amazing, nice free group activities in the morning, a really good vibe in the hostel giving you the oppurtunity to make friends really fast. Great location to visit Lisbon. The beds are comfy and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. Free pub crawl every night. I would come back any time!

Location is great! Very close to lots of restaurants and bars! Easy to reach all of main points. The front door is a little difficult to find, located in a souvenir shop.
