We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere’s a connection bridge that you have to cross if you want to get to the beach. If you have mobility issue it will be a problem crossing to the other side of the bridge because the elevator is forever broken

BelgiumThere was no window in de bedroom, but only a blinds in the door to the balcony which one would keep closed when it’s hot and the AC is on. So there is very little or no natural light. Also the door to the balcony is poorly isolated. The throwaway dishes and utensils is depressingly unecological.
Ideal location that is close to the airport, the beach, and Old San Juan for one night and not to expensive.

AustraliaThe hotel overlooks a freeway and the sound proofing is poor. So if you don't like traffic noise, this is not the place for you. Also there were a number of lights not working in the room.
The hotel was conveniently located to the airport, and a short Uber or bus ride to a number of attractions. The staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly.

United StatesThe small hotel is older and no elevators but they have some rooms in the first floor. This would be the only negatives. However it was super clean, the pool was perfect for getting refreshed.
The staff was wonderful. Each and everyone tries very hard to please you and help make your stay a great one. It was clean and the pool was clean and perfect to refresh after a hot day. The place was very family like!

The room was very clean and the towels and linens were fresh and clean. When I requested a extra towel for our granddaughter, the young lady was pleasant and brought it quickly. It's also a nice and quiet place that is perfect relaxation.

United StatesParking. There is a curb you have to go over to park on the property. The TV worked & had cable, but it needed to be updated to a newer, slightly bigger model.
All of the staff were amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful and always smiling. Our personal needs were accommodated and staff was always ready to help. The hotel was clean. The rooms were clean and were a good size. They were basic but felt 'homely'- more like being in a bedroom instead of a hotel room. Housekeeping cleaned every single day- including mopping the main areas and vacuuming. Renovations are being made to update the property but that didn't interfere with our stay too much. The breakfast was simple yet decent (boiled eggs, toast, bagels, a lil fruit, waffles, oj, coffee). My hubby liked it and ate it every morning lol. The location was good! The beach is across the street. Actually it's across the highway but there is an overpass you can walk over. Food is everywhere but good food & chill spots are across the highway too if you don't want to drive. It felt safe to us but we're always on point. Just use your best judgement. It was a cool stay for our first time in PR.

I didn’t like how small the bathroom was and the room gets super cold with little to no blankets and covers even when you ask for more they’re so thin they don’t satisfy you at all. Staff barely speaks English not good for non bilingual people. Location is close to high way you heart traffic all night. But they say you get what you pay for!
I loved the pool it was big and nice and private there was a balcony it’s close to the airport, close to most tourist attractions.
