Everything! Without exaggerating, everything about this place was perfect, the view, the location, the host and everything in the house. The host (Iva) is just an amazing person, she replied to our messages in under 2 mins every time we needed help with something, everything we needed was available, even the things we didn’t know we needed. Umbrellas incase it rained, binoculars for clearer view of nature, materials for a perfect romantic ambience, useful recommendations for places to eat and visit, nice little gesture in form of a local dessert on my birthday, the list goes on and on. If you want to have a stress free experience of Montenegro, most especially Kotor you’ll not find a better deal than this apartment, 100% recommend this place.

The view from the spacious balcony. The host went out of her way to accommodate us regarding arrival and taxi communication. Even made sure the booked taxi arrived.

The balcony and the view over the water were beautiful. The apartment felt modern and the kitchen facilities were well looked after and easy to use. Iva was very easy to communicate with and very helpful.

An excellent place to stay! Point of View was an immaculate apartment with everything we needed for a five night stay. It has a fantastic view across the bay - we spent several evenings enjoying the balcony! There are bars and restaurants on the seafront close by and the Old Town is only 10 minutes’ walk away. The host is friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back!

The views are incredible! The location is perfect (although quite hilly, it was no problem for us but one to note if you have issues with mobility) and is in a quiet area of Kotor a short walk from the old town and beaches. It was clear that a lot of thought has gone in to the apartment and it had everything you could possibly need from a hair dryer/straighteners to iron/board/washing machine, a well equipped kitchen and much more. I couldn’t recommend this enough! The host is also very responsive. Parking space right by the apartment was great too! One thing to note - the Taxis at the airport charge extra for this area of Kotor and we were quoted €50 by the taxi drivers outside. It’s definitely worth getting the number of local taxi companies and messaging them on WhatsApp to arrange transport when you arrive - we found that Whatsapping taxis was the easiest way to get around if you need one.

Love how modern the room was, they had designed it perfectly so every space was utilised and had everything you needed as a traveller. The location was fantastic and was only a 10 minute walk to old town or the beach. The neighbourhood was quiet on an evening too.

The property is very conveniently located, only being a 10 minute walk from the old town entrance. If you don’t have a car, you should be able to travel comfortably, with the exception of needing transportation to reach beach clubs. As for the stay, the studio was very clean and well equipped with many towels, beach towels, and even pods to wash your laundry. Despite being small, the studio still had a table to eat and chairs to sit. OH and the balcony is beautiful!!! Very beautiful and serene view of kotors bay. If you have a car, there is parking too, but only two spots so I guess that depends on the amount pf guests there are.

We were greeted by our lovely host Iva. The apartment was fantastic! Recently renovated, spacious, comfortable and a superb view. Attention to detail is outstanding, both in terms of cleanliness and facilities. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen (including oven, coffee machine & pods, dishwasher, and even olive oil salt & pepper), and bathroom (including a great shower, full-sized blowdryer, hair straighteners, washing machine & detergent, iron & ironing board0. The bedroom had a double wardrobe for unpacking, and a very comfortable bed. The balcony was spacious, sun-soaked all day, and brilliant views just like the photo's showed. Location was great with a short walk down steps to the beach and promenade, plus old town. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Everyone! The apartment was lovely, very clean, well decorated and had everything you need. Not to mention the stunning view that you can see from the large balcony. Super close to all of the action in Kotor. Host was lovely and took time to give us some pointers on Kotor.

What a beautiful apartment!! So nicely decorated, very comfortable bed (and pillows!!), spotless and with the best view you can imagine! We ate in most nights because the view was so stunning. Loved having coffee provided. The family were incredibly friendly. So glad that we found this lovely place for our 4 nights in Kotor.

I'm not from the area and am not always comfortable driving up some of the smaller narrower roads but the directions were turn by turn accurate so this was very helpful - despite the school traffic on it - during the time of our arrival. Departing we had no traffic so it was easy.

Iva was waiting for us when we arrived. The studio apartment is new with a nice balcony and view. Not too far up the hill so walking into old town was easy. We also really enjoyed the pedestrian/bike path located along the water walking the opposite way from old town. The drive up to the apartment from the main road was narrow but doable. And the driving directions Iva provided where spot on. Covered parking space was big and nice. Markets nearby. The covered balcony was great as we had sunny weather so it provided some shade to enjoy the view & would be nice too if it was raining. Great and fast communication.

A gorgeous apartment with an incredible view of the bay. Spotlessly clean and only a short walk into town (host explains a short cut). Highly recommend booking here for your Kotor stay!

Only thing is that you need to walk either some stairs or steep road to get to the old town. This is however definetely worth it.

The appartment is fully equiped, everything you need is included. Even a hair straightener, washing pods, coffee, dish washer, really anything. Iva is friendly and helpfull if you need any additional information. View and balcony are amazing!
