We got the airport bus and the 2nd last stop was right in front of the hotel. Very convenient, lots of food nearby and easy to get around. Clean and nice room, great facilities and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Great location - accessible to bus stops and train stations, coffee shops, convenience store, ATM and restaurants. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable and very spacious room with all the necessary amenitiies. Truly a home away from home. This is the 3rd time that I've stayed here with members of my family and it never disappoints.

Everything was amazing!

Best hotel we stayed at on our trip! Staff were very welcoming, had a gym/sauna. Room was spacious and we had a great view of the namsan tower from our room. There was heated flooring and a bidet system. Close by to the metro and bus stops. Will definitely book this place again when coming back to Seoul! Well worth the money! 😁

the room can be cramp. we had 2 big luggages so it was a little hard to move around in the room. but that was ok since we were mostly out.

the location is great and walking distance to Myeongdong yet quiet enough as it is away from the bustling shopping area. staff were also wonderful and accomodating. they were also able to help us whenever we needed help.

The location was very convenient since it’s very close to a subway station. Also really close to popular places like Myeongdong, Insadong and Namsan Tower. Celine was also really helpful at the end of our stay by helping us a lot with our luggage. Many thanks to her!

Staff were very helpful, we have forgotten their names but he was working at the front desk staff (male) that help us during check in and check out. During check out front desk staff (male) helped us to get a taxi to Seoul station and called the taxi driver when he never appeared after a certain time. Thank you to our housekeeper which clean our unit perfectly during our stay.

The socket point are below the bedside counter which is hard to reach if you want to use. It will be good to have some socket point above the bedside counter top for people to charge their devices more easily. There are only 2 socket point on the table which may not be sufficient if you have a lot of devices to charge .

Location is good as it is five to ten min walk from city hall metro station. Been staying in fraser everytime we visit seoul.

The drawback is if you are staying there on a Sat or Sun, then most likely, you will encounter loud.though peaceful rallies and road blocks as the area is near Seoul City Hall. Plan on leaving the hotel by 9am and returning at 6pm. Also, the hotel restaurant is a bit expensive.

Location is perfect in terms of accessibility to airport limousine bus, local bus, subway train, restaurants, convenience stores, distance to popular attractions. Facilities are all clean. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and responsive.

Everything was fantastic. The location was fabulous, nearby important city attractions and commuting transport. The main palace of the city was walking distance. Really good restaurants are located nearby the hotel as well. The front desk personnel was really kind and friendly. And the rooms were fantastic! Spacious, clean and in our case they were a kind of mini apartment, including kitchen and washing machine! Very helpful and convenient! Loved it!!
