The shower drainage is partially blocked. Took a little longer than usual to shower and it flooded the bathroom floors. Breakfast was quite poor. The first day, got down there past 9 am and there was very little left. The second day, went down extremely early just to find some cakes that felt hard, as if they were frozen from the previous day. Some event on the night of the Friday, loud, very loud, past 1 am.

Each room is "special" design, our was la Maison very nice, colorful, comfortable, the bathroom is even more colorful just like the pictures. Great location very spaceful everything...the place outside to eat was magnifying c at night but we did not tried it just past throuh...very nice views. Great parking lot. The pool we did not tried it.

The breakfast, although quite good, could have healthier choices and better coffee. We dined on the property on our first night and enjoyed the experience. On subsequent nights, however, we opted to dine elsewhere in the area, where the food was better, the service swifter and the price more forgiving.

A fantastic property, high standard of cleanliness, good service. Beautiful views, splendid decor. The grounds are well maintained and show a great pride. The value for the money was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

Air con was a bit noisy, but when turned down was acceptable. Bathroom shower door leaked badly, so could do with some new seals. All of this did detract from the sheer beauty of this hotel.

Location, view and surroundings are exceptional. Staff very lovely. We arrived late but they extended the pool time so we could have a little longer in there.

The location is beautiful and peaceful with a lovely courtyard to sit and eat dinner. The best carbonara I had while travelling round Italy for two weeks, good house wine, and the kids loved the pool. There were also two large rooms at one end of the hotel set up just for children with mountains of toys which was amazing, and it was very tidy each morning. Very close to Florence for day trips by car, and an easy day trip by car to Pisa too. The staff were also very friendly.

It would benefit from some cosmetic renovations inside the facilities. Real espresso machine and the service during breakfast would be great.

Carmine, who was working the front desk, breakfast area , pool is the reason we enjoyed this villa so much. The grounds are beautiful, breakfast very good, pool fantastic and the room is adequate ( a/c amazing)but Carmine’s hospitality is what sets the rating as exceptional.

The location itself (former monastery) was magic due to the fact that we had the most beautiful view to Florence by night. The restaurant and the pool area are beautiful as well while the food was really delicious.

Not easy to get luggage from the car to the room. The rooms are quite echoey if other guests are noisy. Dinner was pleasant but not the same cool vibe.

Loved the quirky style. Great views. The pool area was well maintained. The grounds were spectacular. Breakfast was a good range of continental plus bacon and scrambled eggs.

The A/C is old and very nosy. It wasn’t working properly. You can’t sleep while A/C is working.

Spectacular view and beautiful architecture. The building seems like a old monastery or church. The room is spacious. The breakfast was great. Croissants were crispy and freshly baked.

The road going to the hotel is very narrow. It might be problem for unexperienced drivers. If you are not travelling by car, this hotel is not an option for you.

We stayed in separate building, not in the real villa. This was not mentioned in the booking description. Our room was not shown on the images. There are no standard electric outlets so you can not use hair dryer and water heater. There is small fridge but it is not plugged because there is no outlet. There was no WiFi at all in our room, although we informed reception immediately after arrival . In our 3 night stay we had one room cleaning. Breakfast was pretty poor.

Villa has nice location. Our apartment was clean and warm.
