Small bathroom & shower (as expected) but the shower screens didn’t seal, hard to get in/out, no where to rest your shampoo etc so water went everywhere. Could do with a couple of glasses & kettle in room.

Location great. Staff friendly. Breakfast good. Clean. Bed was Italian firm but not rock-hard. Balcony nice in sun.

The location was perfect for us for our excursions around the Dolomites. The village small and quiet. Staff is very nice and helpful. As we had two very busy days in the Dolomites, we ended up eating at the hotel restaurant both nights and I feel that the hotel restaurant requires special mention, great food and service. The hotel room is just what you would probably expect in a midrange skihotel in the Dolomites, the pine furniture etc. and hasn´t been updated in a while. Very small shower, not much wiggle room for a larger person :D

Basic breakfast, not too many options. No scrambled eggs, you have to boil the eggs yourself. The coffee from the machine is average. You can buy a proper coffee from the bar. The room was not so isolated as we could hear the traffic. Overall we were satisfied.

The room was quite big and the view was excellent (you could see the Monte Civetta peak from the balcony). The staff was very helpful recommending places to go visit / hike. Also the Spa area is in a good status having a sauna, steam bath, hot tub, kneipp. Reasonably close to the Marmolada cable car, but unfortunately these were closed when we were there.

Rooms are a little dated and shower was small, especially considering the size of the bathroom, but this did not affect our stay, which was very comfortable.

Room was comfortable and very spacious with nice view. Spa and Turkish bath facilities were a fantastic way to end a long day exploring. Various Breakfast options which were tasty and in sufficient supply. Short walk to local shops and restaurants. Perfect central location for exploring the Dolomites. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially since we had a late arrival.

Breakfast Could be more complex It would be better for Breakfast to start early in the morming, maybe 7 am The doors from the shower were broken The Spa is open between 4 pm - 8 pm…maybe keep it open until 9 pm or 10 pm would be a good ideea

Furniture was little out of date, everything working though.

Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was basic, but fresh. Hotel is small, but cosy! I loved the service of ski bus - that made our skiing experience a lot easier.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located about 15 min from the Marmolada lift. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. I stayed here one night with my daughter and thought it was an excellent value.

One ski day there was so much snow we decided to stay in and just enjoyed the spa in the afternoon.

For dinner, we tried the restaurant of the establishment and we were very disappointed with the food served.

The staff was very welcoming. The room very spacious. The bathroom is very clean. The bed is very comfy. The breakfast was very good. Many choices such as delicious homemade jam, good fresh homemade bread, pastries, eggs and etc. The spa and the sauna in the evening was much appreciated, however the equipment for the spa is very old and should perhaps be renovated.

the manager and staff were so kind and the food were WONDERFUL- great homemade torta lovely bread and prosciutto for breakfast, we were v excited to end find our next night was at a hotel managed by the same lovely family of three generations of representing Italy in ice hockey , Grazie miel !

If you are cake for breakfast lover, than this is the best place for you. But for us it would be nice if they would provide some vegetables, more types of fruits and eggs.
