Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We’re currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil, and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe internet was spotty. There were alot of times I would get dropped but I'm not sure if that was because of the room I was in or something else. I didn't have any trouble in the lobby. But when I was in my room it would drop randomly and then when I reconnected it would say there's no internet.
Not a big fan of the breakfast buffet but it wasn't bad. The coffee was good and hopefully there's creamer next time to drink it with. But otherwise it was a good breakfast. I myself, prefer a sit down and order off a menu but the buffet was good.

United States of AmericaThe outside look of the facility was beat up and run down but the inside and pool area are great.
Rooms are good size. Alot of space and the rooms come with everything you would need.

United States of AmericaThe facility was looking dated, a bit rundown, and in need of some TLC. Our elevator didn't close on Treasure tower half the time and we had to trek across the deck to walk down two flights of stairs and outside to get to our parking area.
The room size in treasure tower was very spacious including 2br 2ba and a full kitchen. The pool was very nice including the water slide. I liked the underground parking.

United States of AmericaElevator was very sketchy, it would open and close over and over. The other elevator did not work. We had 2 rooms, stayed on the 7th floor and we had my mom in a wheelchair . Glad there was no fire. The whole place was run down, like a forgotten Resort (Jurassic World Park). We stayed in Treasure Tower… I’m sure the resort was something Amazing 20years ago.
Pictures are deceiving. We liked the space of the Family room and the washer and dryer an available. It was very quiet and empty and isolated from the Tourist trap in Tamuning. Great security, sometimes over bearing…as if the President was staying there. Maybe issue a “dashboard pass”, so we don’t have to stop during entry and exit.

GuamGenerally it’s distance from everything like Main points of attraction like malls, restaurants, everything and anything in between. Aside from the distance. Leo palace is remote in a sense. So you’re not bothered by the hustle and bustle of cars, people, clubs. Like it would be in Tumon. Now another peeve of mine was just the overall layout of the resort. Due to its large size. It’s either a long walk or short drive to most things on the premises. But it wasn’t that bad to dislike staying. What I would recommend would be more signage at the main lobby. It was my first time being at Leo palace and I honestly couldn’t find the front desk for like 5 minutes. No signage saying “this way to front desk”
Well aside from the resorts location being so far from everything. The room I stayed in was a lot more spacious than I thought. Also the staff were welcoming.

United States of AmericaA lot of places was closed during my stay, the breakfast was good but didn't seem like the kitchen or something was prepared for the amount of people who ate. Price of a shot of alcohol cost the same as a mixed drink and the shots were not the normal size I'm accustom to.
Room was spacious and had almost everything I needed (microwave would have been nice). The view from my room was amazing. Food tasted great. Shuttle service was a great bonus. The Staff I encountered were very nice and helpful Staff, room, and view would have me staying again.

SingaporeParking is limited although occupancy is not high. Most amenities are closed (bowling, karaoke, snooker). Coffee shop is also close. Far from city, 5km inside from the main road and it was very dark driving at night. We arrived early but was asked to wait until checking time for checking in, although we do not see anyone else checking out nor checking in.
Spacious room and really beautiful interior of the hotel and room, made it feels like a luxurious place. No buffet breakfast but order basis in the restaurant (serve by Gabriel who did accept our late arrival by serving us take away; thank you). The hotel looks run down and unmanaged from outside but acceptable considering that it was built in 1987. Place is huge and not many people. We were the only one at swimming pool on Friday morning. No room service but you could walk-in to any open restaurant to order and take-away.
