The rooms and bathrooms are outdated, and the restaurant was only open for breakfast.

It was kind run down. The room smelled like mildew, room 505. No microwave, no ironing board. I wouldn’t stay here again personally.

The toilet needed repair to flush. I had to use buckets and buckets of water. The maintenance guy made the chain shorter and it was worse. I went down and talked to the manage who informed me it worked just fine. She sent up another guy who mumbled a gew things said he would be back then never showed up again. Then the manager told me they were remodeling and would fix it later. The pool was shut for several days...not a good thing and no compensation. They told us to walk to a hotel 3 or 4 blocks away. The handle for the water did not work, I could not get hot water, only warm. He tightened it and it helped somewhat but they told me when they remodel it will be fixed.

Great front desk staff. Love the location. Actually I have stayed here 3-4 times in the last 2 years and this stay was better than last time which was horrible but tghis was where I wanted to stay because of the beach.

Linen and bed covers are not clean, The carpet is very dirty as well.

Place is a bit run down but its good value for money given the location of the property to restaurants, bars and shopping centres.

Umm it’s the air conditioner for me because the room wasn’t as cold and also the spa between the counter and the tv could’ve put a mini couch there

I liked the pool and the spa because it was on the same floor as me but also the room was great thank you

I did not like the extra blanket that I took it from the closet to give me warmth from the air conditioning coolness.which gives me allergies with colds and cough but this was resolved after the changed the bedding the following day..

I like the view of the beaches and the city.. The beach is clean, and water is blue and crystal clear..

Carpet in the room was in a great need of replacement and quite dirty. Construction during my stay as renovations were being made to the lobby area, but not very troubling.

Hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, beach was a 2 minute walk. Buffet breakfast was exceptional.

- Room service can definitely use an improvement, line is always busy, need to go down the reception if you need something, i guess they're short staff at this time coz we see very few staff. There was a day when clean towels replacement was delayed coz they said delivery of fresh laundry was delayed. -No one wil also assist you with your luggage. -Pillows were a bit big and hard, not fluffy. Blankets very thin.

Location, shuttle bus stop is infront of the hotel. We got the ocean view room so everyday we have this awesome view of the beautiful clear waters of the beach, which is just around 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Filipino staff at the buffet area is very accommodating (forgot his name, he's an older guy), always greets us with a smile and brings us coffee. Rooms are also big.

The beds were kind of hard and stiff I did feel sore in the morning and the AC was a little bad. We would wake up at 3 in the morning and sweating.

We like the staff they were very friendly and accommodating.

A bit shabby-looking in places, Not 5*star amenities....room not super-clean & a bit musty-smelling. Definitely can improve on the amenities & replace the soap dispensers in the showers- they were very annoying.

Great view, room-size, beach location. Best price for that view on the island.
