AC didnt work. But anyway for the winter season it was okay. Bit noisy from the window, as the wind gushes down the hill though the behind window. But if you close thw indow, its not that dramatic.

The infomration about where to find keys and the instructions regarding how to enter the romms are very clear. No fuss and no external contact .

The wifi in our room was very weak. Supplying coffee and tea could be a nice touch.

The property is very close to the Acropolis, but the street is small and quiet. The room was big and very comfortable, the shower was just excellent. The hotel looks recently renovated, a nice mix of retro and modern. Self check-in and check-out were easy. There was a kettle, cups and wine glasses in the room.

I loved the location in Thissio. You are close to the tourist spots whilst being in a quite part of the neighborhood. A 7 min walk from Thissio Metro and 14min walk to the Acropolis. We got a good sunrise view of the city and the Acropolis if you walk up the stairs to your right. Also we walked through the flea market without realising and came out of Monisteraki. There is a mini mart 30 seconds away. Many restaurants close by. The house was clean and indeed the description of Boutique fits. If you want no frills clean, good location, peaceful. I would recommend the stone house. I messaged the host anytime I needed advice and they would respond with helpful tips.

It was comfortable and a good size. The location was superb, located in a pretty quiet area, away from the Athens traffic but still a short walk from the Acropolis.

Only spending 10 hours there as we had Midnight flight from airport.

Relaxed feel. Room was spacious and very clean as was bathroom. Arrived early from port but were able to leave luggage until room was available. Handy for bars and restuarants and five minutes away from Acropolis loop.

The location is perfect. The fact that you self check in and check out at any time it is very convenient. They send you very detailed instructions before hand. The room was impeccable, nicely decorated (boutique style) with a/c. They have a terrace and a “rooftop” that’s it’s underutilized so you can have some peaceful and private time and space.

No human contact with staff unless there is a problem. WhatsApp called them to find out how to open the safe - they communicated via Whatsapp text only and it took a few a minutes to sort it out (they blamed previous guests for changing codes - never blame the guests!). Room is spartan in furnishings but includes a bizarre huge painting of a naked lady in chains (perhaps there's an historical reference but it was lost on me). Very little natural light, given the building design.

Building felt secure as once you access the main entrance by keypad, the rooms are off an atrium with own-door access. Room was clean and the location is very good - short walk to the Acropolis and many bars and restaurants are nearby. Also the Metro (2 lines) are convenient. We just needed a place to stop over on the way back from Greek islands, and before heading to the airport the next day, so this was very suitable.
