1. No electric plug in the room. Can’t charge my phone or use any electric device as only two plugs which in the room which being used for Tv and fridge 2. The noise of loud music from clubs and pubs near by is unbearable!!! I wish I read the reviews. Music loud all night long. If u looking for a nice relaxing holiday stay away from this place.

Not enough sun loungers. People are reserving them by putting their towels, and they just leave for hours... which is not really fair to others. Swimming pools are not heated.

We had a great experience. It was a short trip, but a good one. This is what my daughter (5 year old) said - 2 things i loved about this place - Charlie - and go for swim. We had a situation where my daughter was the only child in the hotel during our stay, but the animation team was so great and entertained her all 3 days. Thanks to Charlie and the team. The food was great! I couldn't stop eating. Prepare yourself, not to sleep until evening entertainment is over. The location is perfect!

One of the worst breakfast we had especially in a 4 star hotel - The pool area was in bad condition. The pool itself was visibly dirty, with peeling paint, and many of the sun loungers were broken and there weren’t enough to accommodate all guests. - The hotel offers a small free parking lot with around 20 spaces, which is always full given the size of the hotel. They also have a paid parking option, meaning some guests have to pay while others don’t – which feels unfair. - It was impossible to sleep with the window open due to the loud noise from nearby clubs. This might not be an issue for all rooms, but it was a big problem for ours. - You have to pay extra to use the safe in your room

We readed in the reviews before that it might be loud at night but did not expect it to be so loud. If you come to have a good night of sleep I would bring some earplugs. The music from the clubs around is extremely loud and the rooms did not have any sound insulation at all. Out of this the hotel was super!

If you have Half board they don’t allow you to drink anything else just water for dinner. From all my experience hotels give at least water lemonades and tea option. So my mother had stress that workers took away her drink and no one told us that if you wanna drink you must pay. Hotel located close to clubs and till 5:00 am is extremely noisy. We didn’t sleep properly at all. Terrible smell of marijuana in rooms because people smoke it in their rooms. Receiption behaves quite cold and you don’t really feel special. Maybe because the hotel is huge. But anyway would be better to train stuff more client oriented. Please buy vacuum cleaners for your housekeepers. Rooms will be cleaned well without dust and hair and your stuff will not suffer to wipe hair with a wet mop from the floor. I really sorry for them amazing women but they don’t have good conditions to do their job well.

I wanna give all gratitude to people who cook food and prepare breakfasts lunch dinners they are awesome, perfect job done and the food was delicious. Every day was a pleasure to come and eat. Room was bigger then we expected, great private view on the ocean and coat atmosphere, hotel directly on the ocean. Great program shows daily. We really enjoyed. Nice gardens, clean common zones, free drinks in the saloon, available laundry, good bar, very polite and calm housekeepers.
