The air con didn't work in our room , but the very pleasant and helpful girl on night desk duty ,changed us to a room on the top floor, this was a lovely upgrade and was cooler with a balcony.

The location is a 15 minute walk from the central port area , and that section is level . It is worth doing some research into the location of the outdoor escalators and moving walkways in the city as it is quite a challenge getting around in the summertime. The hotel itself is modern with one of the best buffet breakfasts we have enjoyed in mainland Europe, lots of choice and of high quality.

Good size room and bathroom although no walk-in shower but a bathtub with shower. Bathroom amenities were very good with a nice fragrance. Breakfast buffet was very good.

The hotel is by the water in Vigo but not all the rooms have a waterfront view; to get one is an extra cost. Still did get some small view of the water from our room which was OK. Downside to being near the water was uphill walks to more central parts of Vigo. Neighborhood was much more industrial than expected and restaurants were not very close although you could take advantage of the restaurant at the hotel.

No USB chargers on the walls, no free power outlets next to the bed. Overall, the furniture and interior design of the rooms and common areas were ok but not super modern.

Internet did not work in our bedroom. Hotel next to conference centre but it’s also an unappealing port-industrial area. Sterile conference hotel so no good atmosphere if there’s important to you. But fine for a good night sleep in a good bed.

Rooms on the sunny side of the building were roasting hot and the AC didn't seem to dent it. The staff switched us to the other side which was better. Used the fitness centre for stretching - few machines, but could do with some better stretching mats, rollers etc.

We stayed whilst doing the Camino Portuguese on bikes. Bikes could be stored in a service corridor. There's a Mercadona supermarket 2 mins away for anything you need but this area itself is mostly warehouses for the port. If you head uphill from the hotel there's a lift that takes you onto the main level for the city bars, shops & restaurants.

Breakfast lacked a bit in variety, even though the food was very good. Should come early since the park will fill during the day.

Very good parking and not very expensive, nice staff plus the facilities were very comfortable. The zone where is located its a good starting point to start a visit to the city and about short 20 minutes walk from the Christmas market.

The location is not for travelers Those walking the Camino. It’s away from the old town. Nothing available to drink until 6:15 pm and nothing to eat until 8:15. It’s across from the convention center and in the port area

The location worked for us, but we had a car and it was just a quick overnight stop. If you were looking to explore Vigo it is too remote and not a very attractive area, but it provided what we needed.

The area is industrial/maritime, it might not be appealing for everyone to pass by there. Yet not dangerous or anything.

Spectacular view from my suite, attentive staff, spacious hotel in general. Breakfast is okay, I found everything I needed. It's close enough to the city but also some other places in the region.

The view wasn't great as it was looking towards the street, which was more of an industrial area. I assume there are rooms with a better view. I'd also wish the TV could connect with phone netflix app, as some other hotels have now

Rooms had plenty of space and good natural light. Bed was good too. Staff was friendly.
