It was bit overpriced by considering that it was not the season, no any bar/restaurant etc opened.

The rooms were spotless, Every corner of the hotel felt clean and well-maintained. Pool area and garden was stunning and well-equipped/ organised.

The properly doesn’t do breakfast so it would have been helpful to have a couple of bowls or plates and a bit of cutlery in the room, and maybe a corkscrew. But other than that it was perfect.

The rooms and the pool are brilliant, the whole property is gorgeous. Very clean and comfortable.

Leaving!

This is our best stay experience in Spain. We highly recommend staying out of town. It's only 6 minutes by car to Arcos and about 12 to dine by the water's edge. Apart from being a stunning property and super comfortable, the best part is the owner will introduce you to unique local experiences and is so warm and generous you just don't want to leave. It's a great village with many interesting sites and people to meet. If you like horses just book here and double your visit. There is a riding school across the road accommodating to all levels from little children up.

Absolutely NOTHING!

We loved everything! This was the best hotel we have stayed at. The location is gorgeous, and the property and landscape are out of this world!! From manicured grounds, swimming pool, impeccable design of the whole property, comfortable bed and large modern bathroom (large shower too). I can't say enough. You have to see it to believe it. You will not regret staying there.

We loved it all ! Just be aware that there is no restaurant so you will need to self cater or eat out, but there are lots of lovely restaurants in the local town. We understand that in the high season Kathy runs a small bar and serves snacks and is happy to arrange a paella night or someing similar if there is a crowd of you. In a few years when the palm trees have matured a little around the pool to give more shade it will be even better!

The property was truly stunning. The rooms were really comfortable and large and well equipt and were cleaned thoroughly everyday. The pool was lovely and very clean and right outside the rooms. There are only a few rooms which adds to the charm of the place and while we were there it was just us and our family and friends so it felt like having a private villa!! Kathy the owner was really friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us, She gave us the number of a local taxi firm and it was easy to get taxis for trips into town for dinner and they were happy to pick us up whenever we called them even at 3 am from a wedding! We just had to call them when we were ready to come home! We were invited to help ourselves to lemons and oranges from the many fruit trees and especially the giant ruby grapefruits which we ate every morning for breakfast! So delicious! If you like animals, as we do, you will love it here. There are beatiful horses stabled a short distance from the main building and lots of beautiful friendly dogs. If you don't like them Kathy keeps them away so that they would not bother you. The hotel is also a popular venue for weddings and we saw the preparations for a large wedding on the morning that we checked out and it looked AMAZING!!

I booked my mum, brother and grandad in here and spent time here myself. it is a beautiful property with a great host! we wish we could have stayed longer and we’ll definitely be back. she had horses, puppies and dogs all on the property with lots of fruit trees. a little slice of paradise in Arcos.

We were delighted to be guests there, the owners couldn't have done more for us. Beautiful views on stunning grounds, everything from the architecture to the animals made it such a unique setting to stay. Very reasonably priced considering the quality of the room too. We will be back for sure.

You do have to drive to get into Arcos. But it is only a short drive. Not a big problem.

The facilities are beautiful, and were fantastic for our family of 4 adults. And the hostess was very helpful in our planning to visit the surrounding areas. A very nice place to stay.

I can't honestly find fault...This is my first ever review. A shame on me as I am a frequent traveler. But the experience was so good it had to be applauded

The effort and determination of the owners to ensure our stay was as comfortable and fulfilling as is possible. We came as first time guests. And left having gained new friends. Highly highly recommended.
