Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include "hate speech", discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesWe absolutely loved Casa Rural Norita. The location was so beautiful, with a commanding view of a lush and beautiful valley. We spent every evening hanging out in the garden, enjoying the gorgeous view of the valley and the remarkably fresh cool air, even in August. We've stayed in many places in many countries and rarely have we had such a memorable view! Ragga and Ravi are warm and engaging hosts who speak English, among other languages, and were delightful to chat with. Breakfasts always included lemonade from their lemon tree, an egg dish of some sort, ham, toast, and a rotating and varied assortment of delicious jams made by Ragga from fruit from their property. You can order dinner in the evenings, as well as wine and inventive homemade ice creams. We mostly had our big meals at lunch while we were exploring the region, so Ragga's delicious salad from her garden was the perfect light dinner for us. The property is easy access to many towns which we enjoy exploring, from Las Catedrales beach to Mondonedo to Taramundi and more. There are also 2 grocery stores minutes away, and a few restaurants also minutes away. We appreciated the pillows of natural material that you can mush into the shape you prefer, the showers with good pressure, and the large bath towels. We also especially appreciated that Ragga and Ravi are willing to host pets, since we were traveling with our cat. Several other guests had pets while we were there, and they were very considerate.

United StatesLoved everything!!
This home is absolutely charming and the owners (an Italian and Norwegian couple with a great command of multiple languages) couldn’t be more accommodating! If you are walking the Camino, just give them a call and they will come pick you up in town. The rooms are too cute with a strong hot shower in the bathroom—perfect after a chilly and drizzly day on the trail. They offer delightful dinner options—my meal was exquisite and far better than many restaurants—and they serve a variety of wines and mixed drinks. My breakfast was enormous—so much food and I simply couldn’t consume all that was placed in front of me. Once I was ready, I was driven back to town to begin walking where I had stopped—in front of the church. The home has many lovely outdoor areas and incredible countryside views—I much preferred staying there rather than in town. I simply cannot say enough good things about this place. Take the time to either drive there for a night or two while visiting the area, or stay a night and be pampered while walking the Camino.

United StatesThat I didn’t have more time to spend.
The welcome atmosphere created by the owners of Casa Norita — Ragga and Ravi. They insured that I had a restful and enjoyable stay. It was nice to be in such a beautiful and quiet country setting. I was very appreciative of Ravi providing me transportation to the town of Lourenzá in order for me to continue my Camino. For those walking the Camino, it is off the trail, but transportation to and from Casa Norita can be coordinate it if you try.

This was an unforgettable stay, I have been travelling northern Spain for over a month and Casa Rural Norita was second to none. The hosts were super friendly and attentive and nothing was too much of an ask. The accommodation is pet friendly and has a beautiful surrounding garden that I walked my dog around taking in the stunning views of the valley. The food was incredible, it was fresh local produce which included artisan ice-cream and jams made by the hosts. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet escape.

The location is idyllic, straight out of a picture-perfect postcard, with a charming house full of original features, modern amenities and exquisite attention to detail. Ravi and Regge could not have been more gracious and friendly hosts. Thanks to their generosity, guests can experience this little corner of paradise. We will come back!

Everything was great. The property has a lovely, warm atmosphere thanks to hosts Rabi and Rugge. It is wonderfully quiet in a lovely rural area. The rooms are well appointed down to hand painted tiles in the bathroom and a super shower. Beds were comfortable and the pillows too. Breakfast was quite easily the best we have enjoyed in anywhere we have stayed in Spain. Although Casa Norita is slightly remote it is perfect in so many ways that we would recommend staying there to anyone. Very well located for La Playa de las Catedrales (a must see if in Galicia), being only 20 minutes away.

SingaporeWe didn't really have anything to comment on for this space. It is definitely the place to stay when you do your Camino. Perhaps, a shuttle service for people who are coming from the city of Lourenza who are just coming to visit the countryside.
The establishment is located in the beautiful countryside of Galicia. A hidden gem for people who are looking for a quality time of peace and tranquility. Accompanied with very accommodative and friendly hosts, your stay will feel very comfortable and easy. Do no worry about the logistics, as it is as professional as Hotel standards. Amazing outdoor area with a million-dollar view of the green plains and the skyline of the countryside. For breakfast, you'll be spoilt with a hearty spread with excellent scramble eggs by the chef. Fruits and vegetables are mostly grown just right outside of your room. Truly a special experience.
