The first time we stayed at this hotel was a year ago, and we were absolutely delighted with our experience. This year, we spontaneously decided to return to the hotel for my birthday and Christmas because last year we were more than satisfied with everything. This year, we were also pleasantly surprised by a lovely birthday treat waiting for us in the room. We had a wonderful time, relaxed, and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is super clean. The spa area is a particular highlight. It has everything you could possibly need and even more. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, such as the complimentary fruits and snacks in the lobby. The view is beautiful, and everything is spotless. The breakfast here is the best I have ever had. There is an enormous variety of options, even for those on a diet or with specific dietary preferences. Everyone will find something suitable. A huge thank you to all the staff at this hotel. We deeply appreciate the lovely surprise and the warm welcome. We will definitely return again. Even while sitting in the hotel lobby before checking out, we were already planning our next stay here. So I hope we’ll see each other again very soon!

There are not enough elevators for the amount of people in the hotel, it took 20 minutes for me to go down and check out.

Everything was perfect , bed was very comfortable, personnel was very polite and nice, breakfasts are superb. Spa is also very nice, and there were not many people, so it was easy to relax. City view from the room number is also stunning.

The staff from the Mekk Restaurent & Bar (Evening restaurent) was extremely cold and not taking care of our table of 6 persons. It sad to say as in the other hand the personal for the breakfast and those working in the hotel itself were really great.

Nothing really although it didn’t quite have that personal touch being such a large hotel.

I had booked a room with a view of the old town and my room on the 17th floor did not disappoint. Room was well equipped and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Lifts were fast. Breakfast was plentiful with much to choose from.

Mini pool in the spa was too hot (40 degrees). You couldn't sit for long.

Everything was perfect! Very kind and professional staff. The breakfast was amazing, you could choose between Ala-Carte and/or lot of choice’s from the buffé. Nice facilities with amazing view and comfortable bed. The relax spa was also nice. The property was just ~10 minutes walk from the old town and you can easily reach it from the airport with the bus (~10 minutes). We will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends and come back in the near future.

Water wasn't supplied daily in the room, which I'd expect from a 5* hotel.

Great hotel, about 10/15 minutes walk to the old town. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The spa facilities were nice to come back to after a day sightseeing, and the selection at breakfast was great.

We loved our time here - the highlights were definitely the amazing breakfast and beautiful spa area. The room was a good size, quiet and very comfy with a great bathroom. The hotel is also really well located - just 20 mins easy walk to the old town and only 10 minutes taxi to the airport. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Tallinn!!!

I found this hotel as one of the few best in Tallin(as I stayed at least at ten different before). It has very central location. Room is spacious with all the necessary bath equipment(robe, shoes etc), bed is very comfortable. I took the opportunity to use room service and I was absolutely happy with the food quality(it looked great and tasted fantastic). Receptionists were very helpful. Hope to stay next time for longer period and visit spa.

Good location a bit out of the old center - easily walkable. Premises in good condition, rooms spacious and clean, beds comfortable. Spa is nice. Breakfast selection quite good but breakfast room was really crowded with screaming and running children - maybe to consider separate "Family room" or "Quiet room".
