Pub kitchen was a bit slow, although the Pub staff was extremely nice. Maybe something temporary, maybe staff problems. Pub could have more evening activities during school holidays. The Hotel in general could have more activities for children during school holidays.

Staff was extremely friendly and solved our double booking on without any additional charges for us.

The pillows were too firm. During room cleaning, it’s important to also check the balcony — a bottle of champagne and glasses from the previous guests were left there. The grout in the bathroom needs updating as it has turned black.

The purpose of the visit was relaxation and enjoying the water park with a spa center. Everyone was undoubtedly satisfied. There was a wide variety of saunas, numerous slides, and a 25-meter indoor pool. The sea view from the balcony was a delightful touch. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We visited both the à la carte restaurant and the hotel pub. While the menu selection was limited, the dishes were all quite delicious.

Me and my children have been staying at this hotel few times already and always were happy and satisfied with the service however this time it was a huge disappoitment for us to find out that we won't be able to use an option of water park as was planned before. We have made a booking for our stay 3-4 month in advance and potentialy could not to know that from beginning of September Water park will stop working on daily basis but will remain open during weekends! No announcements on their websaite, no emails from the hotel regarding water park closure. It would be nice to notify your customers about any changes that might affect their stay.

Every time we stay we enjoy relaxed atmosphere at this place. Location is brilliant, away from big city and crowds of people. Service is amazing and very friendly helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with lots to chose from. Spa and saunas are one of the best assets to this hotel. Nearby seaside makes it more interesting which makes you always want to come back.

The bathroom floor heating and towel drying thingy did not work so the swim clothing did not dry.

SPA lacks a better feeling. Room is good but you get cigarette smoke from all over in to the room if you open balcony or window. Not Hotels fault but they need to chase those smokers to other place! Breakfast need to improve. A lot of things were out from time to time. Not so many choices.

staff is excellent all over the place! Food is nice in the pub and worth the money. SPA is pretty good but lacks from that very feeling. Good overall. Parking could be for free to guests! Very happy with food and the pricing to it. Very tasty!

Our family had a one night stay at this hotel. We enjoyed Spa and waterpark very much. Breakfast was excellent - rich and delicious! Our standard room was very small, but still we managed to open an armchair and make it a bed for our 7 y.o. child.

I don't usually comment on something like this but the slippers given are extremely poor quality and dangerous to wear as they break straight away.

Spa was great as were the massages and facial/body treatments. Rooms were nice and well equipped. Plenty of choice at breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel in a beautiful natural setting. It has a great water park and sauna center. It has a really nice grassy area with a small but good playground. The beach is beautiful and nice to walk on. Very convenient restaurants on site.

Quick service, clean rooms, nice location. Walls were not made of paper so there was no noise. The sound of the sea was relaxing. Spa was nice even with kids.

The floors in kids' pools are extremely slippery. There are some rougher tiles put down, but mostly, it's glossy tiles, my daughter fell down 4x and it was when she was holding on to my hand, it's just that slippery.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms, buffet dinner, and breakfast were delicious. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Water park is amazing, kids loved it. Spa and saunas are brilliant, plenty to choose from. Location is superb, right on the beach with lots of greenery around. Delicious breakfast is a bonus, comfortable beds and friendly helpful staff!

It was very pleasant stay. Room was clean, really liked the balcony with view on the beach. The sunset was nice. In the fridge there were two bottles of water. In summer season the parking costs 5 euros per day.
