The wifi was going off at times. The automatic machine at the reception wasn't accepting my 2euro coin, to get a beer, though it was accepting 1euro and 50cents.

Nice central place. The hostel approved my request for a lower bed which was great. Many different places to do things and to chill around the place. The kitchen has lot of room too. The towel was a great bonus! The toilets seems small but I had no problem at the 1st floor bathroom where I had shower and it was never busy.

We stayed one night. Large room with large private bathroom. :) Practical that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. Kitchen and pleasant living room on the 1st floor. Everything was clean and the staff helpful. Very central location in the Old Town, Great value for money.

There was a problem and we mentioned it to the staff, so nothing really. Maybe for some it will be a problem going to with the stairs.

It’s not possible to drive in old town, and the location is directly at the boarder of old town car allowance, plus not far from Christmas market and directly in old town. Everything was also functioning with code and we didn’t need a card, it was practical for us. It was cozy and cute and in Christmas time it was quite.

Checking in was slightly difficult as there was no reply to the doorbell or messages for a while. Once we got inside, everything was very smooth!

Staff was very nice, location is superb. Amenities were readily available. The atmosphere was very cozy!

Room not properly warm. Hostel close to the church you can hear the bells. There is no lift.

No refrigerator at the room. The hostel is situated next to a church which is not a minus as such but it's advisable to use earplugs if you sleep late (church bells). The particular room had a bit too big table for the room available.

The room near to the common ball might get a bit of noise, mainly on weekends. Also the door mechanism can make a lot of noise, so people leave the door just semi-open to not wake up people sleeping during the night.

Beds are comfortable, although you feel a bar in the middle. The locker is quite big.

My door didn't have a deadbolt on it and one time it just opened on it's own, I guess it wasn't shut all the way.

Great location inside the walls of the city down a side street so it's nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The cleanliness of the bath areas could have been maintained well. Some of the bath areas felt crammed. It would have been nice if the towels were changed regularly.

Location is perfect, very close to the Old Town with all the tourist spots nearby. There are very good restaurants and shopping options nearby as well. The rooms are spacious with adequate bed sizes. Clean towel, blanket and pillow were provided. A great plus is the locker facility which adds an extra layer of safety. The lockers are quite big and I could comfortably safekeep my valuables. The kitchen had all essential utensils and oven and refrigeration facilities. There were two large common rooms with television so that it was nice socializing with other residents. The sofas were comfortable and some basic board game options are also available. The cleanliness of the bath areas can be improved. Apart from that, the reception staff is very helpful and polite, with great local recommendations. Overall it was worth every euro.

Someone arrived even later than me and had trouble locating his space, entered/exited the room multiple times while talking to manager on the phone.

Hostel located in the actual old town not far from all the sights and restaurants. Easy walk from ferry terminal. Staff was really helpful with late arrival and self check-in providing needed details. Room had high ceiling and plenty of space despite house in old town. Quiet street with no traffic.
