Would have been nice for the bar to have been open in the evening or to have the downstairs area open for guests to relax in the evening. Triple room perhaps a bit tight for 3. Would have been great to have tea/ coffee replaced and replenished daily.

Good facilities in the rooms, though less accommodating to disabled guest in room despite booking an accessible room. An easy 15 min walk into the city centre.

The jacuzzi gets a bit crowded, a pool would've been great.

The breakfast was amazing. It made my stay so much better and I m so sad I didn't have enough time to try everything they had. And the spa, I have no words to describe how good it felt after a long day exploring Tallinn. Definitely recommend.

Our room was specious! Great and quiet location. Room was clean, with all extras and even more. Spa is small, but lovely and included in price. We really enjoyed breakfast. It was my birthday trip and I felt very welcomed and appreciated with champagne.

All lights (including bedside) were oddly bright in the room. The double bed had two single duvets which I found a little odd.

Location, easy walking distance to the old town. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Gym and spa were excellent (although only one running machine) and included in the price. Hotel was very quiet.

Lovely hotel. Had everything you needed - well thought out rooms - plenty of hooks, cupboards etc. Spa was very pleasant to come home to after being out in the cold. Jacuzzi could have been slightly warmer.

1\Suggest to switch off light on the top of the bulding ( on each balcony outside ) - during night time from 23:00-till 07:00 2\ Staff should control all guests coming for breakfast in order to avoid any visitors with unappropriate appearance. As some young people arrived straight from GYM - with Bra and other unpleasant sporting clothes .

1. Breakfast is very good and well arranged with Prosecco and Beer !!! Clean and comfortable area. Unfortunately it was closed for dinner. However BAR is open - no worriers. 2. The best rooms on 6 floor - with very nice balconies. 3. Excellent welcome service from Night Reception staff - during check-in on 25/11/2024. - Special Thanks to Ms ( ? not sure -Majana?)

Room was very warm in the night, and despite adjusting the thermostat control, it remained this way. Rather noisy internally from people walking along corridors.

Breakfast was excellent. Huge selection of varied meats, fish, breads, juices, and both hot and cold options available. Staff were very attentive and constantly replenishing items and keeping the restaurant clean. All included in the price also, as is the health spa facilities which are located in the basement. Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi, Pool, and heated tile beds all free to guests. Location was great too, close to old town (10 min walk), theatres, and a nearby modern shopping centre.

We have to catch our early flight to Budapest and need to depart from hotel by 3 am in the morning. The hotel even prepare us breakfast to bring to airport. Very touching stay. Staff helpful.
