The pool wasnt clean so we had to wait a couple of days. Alot of ants in the living room area that leads to the out door balcony.

Parking lot is small so there were times when I was called to move my car when someone needed to leave before I did. Problem with TV in my room which wasn't fixed during my week's stay so relied on room entertainment by using phone and laptop.

Proximity to the airport (Las Americas), highway, supermarket (Ole), variety of restaurants. Friendly staff.

I suggest that they add a microwave, a blender to the kitchen too. They noted that they have exchange at the facility, that was not true. I was sent to go to caribe express for that. please fix that part because it said at the facility.

I like that the place was few steps away from some restaurants specially Bon Gout Bistro Restaurant ( Haitian Foods). Ole super market is nearby a few blocks. I didn't have time to really go around the area to explore because that was not the purpose of my trip.

Let's try to resume all my hours there. 1) Staff unprepared they charge me more that was anouced and didn't alowed me to pay in us dolars. ( I have the receipt to prove that and the charge made in the credit card) 2) the place is dirty, the last flor was like a contruction sight, broken. 3) they didn't gave me the room that I rent. The receptionist says that just had this only room but that was better because the room was bigger and more confortable. The room has a square door with a big part made by a semi transparent glass that gets all the lighs of the entrance inside the room. 4) There is no internet working in the room. 5) The TV didn't have a cable in the decoder and didn't work. 6) the sheets and pillows was old, dirty and smelly. 7) the bad and the matress it has at least 25 years of well usage. 8) There is a door behind the closet that u can hear Everything in the next room. 9) The noise and the lights all night because of the trafic is unbearable and the curtains are see thrue and small than the dor/ windows. 10) it has cockroaches in the toilet getting out of the toilet. 11) it has a used soap in the washroom 12) the energy felt of 4 times in the 12 hours that I stay there 13) I couldn't take a shower at the night because there is no water not even to brush the teeth. They try to fix it work for 5 minutes and at the morning didn't have no water not even to flush the toilet 14) I supposed to stay till 11am to get my flight and I went out as soon the flight check in open. 15) the night "security" whas watching YouTube in the last volume till 00:30 am I barely could sleep till 5 am. This is by far the worst experience that I had in my life. I DONT KNOW HOW BOOKINGS.COM ACEPT THIS PLACE AND OFFERS TO RENT THIS PLACE IS ABSURD. The bead sheets was dark brown and has some white dirt and stains.

There is absolutely nothing to like. BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I EVER HAD IN ALL MY 42 YEARS AS A TRAVELER .

This place was terrible no hot water not clean The internet is not working It doesn’t look like the picture the towels old toilet doesn’t flush correctly Of all it was a bad experience. Very bad experience.
