Everything was excellent but one little thing - I would appreciate the sunbeds on the beach were cleaned after rain and the puddles of dirty water were removed so as there was more choice where to sit.

I appreciate the room a lot and the room service team - so helpful and nice people. My room cleaned regularly and precisely :) The staff and the whole service was so kind, always present and ready to support. Thank you to the man from the hotel reception for helping me with his Spanish when I was trying to communicate with the taxi driver :)The choice of food was wide enough I did not manage to try it all. The wifi was really good too, I used it a lot.

The property was always clean and the upkeep was amazing! There were a plethora of restaurants and activities so we wasn’t board any day. It was truly relaxing. All of the food was amazing, our butler went above and beyond each day!

Only you need more experience for some like a few of the Server, but anything else no comment because it is awesome but this point is nothing from what Trs Paladium give me facility activity Clean location

The whole resort is amazing! it is very clean and well organised. There are multiple restaurants and activities that you can enjoy all day long. Everything is included so you don't have to take care of anything. The beach is nearby and it's nice and clean all the time. The staff is amazing, we had a very good time there and we will definetly go again

The one thing that we didn’t like was the non privacy of the bathroom.

We loved the property!!! The grounds are beautiful & clean. The staff especially our butlers were very attentive to our every need. The swim up suites are awesome!!! One of the best vacations we have ever been on.

The only con we had was that the air conditioning is tied to a sensor, so our room temperature was always on the warmer side due to the sensor being motion activated.

My husband and I don’t have enough words to describe all of the wonderful amenities this resort offered. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. Check-in was easy and staff offered us an amazing welcome drink. The restaurants were delicious and so were the drinks. Everything is so convenient at this resort and the grounds were immaculate. Staff is so attentive, went above and beyond FOR EVERYTHING and overall everyone was just SO NICE! We’re definitely making it a point to visit again. The way the resort is set up, each room has a view of the ocean! Book!! You will not be disappointed!

The food was not good at most of the restaurants. A lot of less than fresh sea food and the desserts were all premade and highly processed. Fruit was not sweet
